Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Barack Obama’s Law Personality:
March 19, 1990
Harvard Law Review’s first black president plans a life of public service. His multicultural background gives him unique perspective.

Exclusive: Obama’s lost law review article - 8-22-08

“The temperate legal language doesn’t display the rhetorical heights that run through his memoir, published a few years later,....”
hmmmm...more proof that Obama did not write his memoir......BILL AYERS DID!
“And he concluded the article with a flourish: “Expanded access to prenatal education and heath care facilities will far more likely serve the very real state interest in preventing increasing numbers of children from being born in to lives of pain and despair.”
I wonder if the poor and desperate people in this country realize that Obama(the statist) believes that it would have been better had they never been born?
How’s that for ‘hope and change’?
Pathetic...that’s what!
Thanks for the ping
In the Stallman case, it was not a fetus suing, it was an already born child with severe disabilities due to negligent behavior prior to the child’s birth. Obama twisted the perspective to focus upon the fetus’s ‘lack of standing’, as did the IL subpreme court in making their final ruling.

What a crock of sh*t. That is the stupidest thing I’ve seen yet and nothing but propaganda and lies. I doubt that idiot has ever written a thing worth reading. Other men probably wrote them for him and he gave them a little TLC in return, like Ayers who wrote Dreams for him while he played in the South Pacific.
If I didn’t know better, I would think you were searching for articles that were trying to make him look good.
I would also note that in many states a criminal assault which harms the alive unborn is actionable as an additional crime, thus the fetus does have standing in that way.
“The post, considered the highest honor a student can attain at Harvard Law School, almost always leads to a coveted clerkship with the U.S. Supreme Court after graduation and a lucrative offer from the law firm of one’s choice.
Yet Obama, who has gone deep into debt to meet the $25,000-a-year cost of a Harvard Law School education, has left many in disbelief by asserting that he wants neither”.

He didn’t want it because he couldn’t get clearance without showing a valid birth certificate.
I believe you may be onto something there, Joe! ... Until he found a forger to fabricate a fraudulent CoLB for him.
Perverse ... Life News appropriately labels him and this piece very harshly.

Excerpt:
How strongly does Barack Obama believe in unlimited abortions? Strongly enough that the only article he wrote for the Harvard Law Review while he was a law school student talked about how fervently believed in legalized abortion. Obama’s name wasn’t attached to any other legal scholarship during the time.
In an article unearthed by the Politico web site, Obama, as the president of the Harvard Law Review, wrote an unsigned article touting abortion.
The web site says the article comes in at six pages and is contained in the third volume of the 1990 Harvard Law Review.
In the work, Obama considered a parenthetical abortion issue — whether unborn children have a legal right to sue their mothers for damage sustained during pregnancy, from such things as alcohol or illegal drugs.
Obama says no and writes supportively of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court case and another from the Illinois Supreme Court saying no such right exists.

Thanks, MHGinTN - thanks for that. He is the wunderkind of cushioning and the language of death, isn’t he? Extraordinarily calculating.
“In an email to the web site, Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt also confirmed that Obama “remains committed to” the sentiments he expressed in the piece.”
Even if you removed the whole abortion argument from Obama’s ramblings, he is basically saying that he would like to control the population (aka like Hitler). I suppose only people earning over a certain amount of money would be ‘allowed’ to have children in Obama’s world. It is really quite frightening to see how these leftists think.
Barry’s history in IL working to protect serial murder of just born alive infants tells us his persepctive on fetuses and just born infants ... they are non-entities to his twisted demonic mind if the female in whom gestation occurs decides to hire a serial killer to off the ‘thing’. Barack Obama is a very wicked man with a very twisted dead soul serving his father, the father of lies, a murderer from the start.
Well, I’ve been a member here since, I dunno, 1849 or so, and I can tell you that your sense of smell sucks.
Thanks Faith.
Perhaps it is fitting the announcement of Larry Sinclair’s new book follows post #8050. Who jokes about those things...
Larry Sinclair posted the text of the final page on his web site:
“Conclusion”
http://larrysinclair-0926.blogspot.com/
Thanks. I did some digging yesterday and came to the same conclusion. The NYTs cropped TOTUS’ boy-toy out of the “roommate” photo, for obvious reasons.
Also, the big O was not sharing an apartment with his paki play-mate when the photo was taken. The Times cites the apartment as the West Side one and they bunked together on the East Side.
I do find it very curious that not one female has come forward to claim that she even knew barry, let alone dated or slept with him. Knowing the psyche and ego of Columbia co-eds as I do, I find that very informative.
I’m no expert but I have taken psyche courses and my years as a cop count a bit too when it comes to assessing peoples’ relation to each other through the observation of body language. In the pic the paki is owned. His posture, look on his face, timidity tells me he’s barry’s bitch,
Barry’s posture tells me two very clear messages. The open crossed leg creates a box around his possession. The head (with the “I want to slap that smirk off your face” arrogance) is tilted away and back, saying, “Yeah, this boy’s mine but I’m not really here.” A very clear mixed-message.
One last piece, very subjective though; I was locating missing people in NYC at that exact time period (run-aways from fly-over states for the most part). A lot of the work involved being under-cover in the sense of hiding my intentions and fitting in to get information. I knew that area like my own backyard. At the time the West Side was still wild, very gay and one of the first places I’d look if the runaway was a teen-aged boy. If I had ever walked into an apartment and saw those two sitting like that on a couch my brain would have immediately dropped them in the queer file.
