Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Berg’s Application for Injunction Curiously Moves On at Supreme Court
Separate conference for injunction scheduled a week AFTER conference on certiorari petition

There are two appeals that are pending a conference by the entire SCOTUS: one is the three-part Injunction:
Emergency Motion For An Immediate Injunction Prohibiting The Certification Of Electors By The Governors Of Each State, To Stay The Electoral College From Casting Any Votes For Barack H. Obama On December 15, 2008 And The Counting Of Any Votes Cast For Barack H. Obama By Vice President Richard B. Cheney, The House Of Representatives And The Senate On January 6, 2009 Pending Resolution Of Petitioner’s Appeal,
and the other is the Writ of Certiori. There is a conference scheduled for SCOTUS on Jan. 9 to discuss the writ of certiori, as well as a conference scheduled for SCOTUS on Jan 16 to discuss the injunction.
I can guarantee you though that there will be no invalidation of the Electoral College vote because that is not even being asked for in the Petition for a Writ of Certiorari.
Well, yeah, because that’s not the purpose of the Writ — that’s the purpose of the Injunction (and I recommend that you read it). Keep in mind that our government is sailing into uncharted waters here, and this is the Pearl Harbor of the Presidency — something that cannot be ignored by all three branches, and not just the Judicial.
This is the most important case to ever come before SCOTUS, so you can forget about them scheduling it after the Inauguration when they agree to hear it.
The whole purpose for having a Supreme Court is to deal with issues like this (and one which will not go away), and if they refuse to deal with it, then they will have rendered themselves impotent for future Constitutional cases.
If it’s not Berg’s lawsuit, then it will be Keyes’ lawsuit, someone who does have standing and who can demonstrate direct harm from the election of Obama. SCOTUS will have to deal with that if the lower court rejects it. Same goes for the other lawsuits currently under review, and should Obama gets past the electoral hurdles, then there will be dozens more requesting emergency stays of the inauguration until Obama proves his citizenship status.

The Joint Session of Congress with Vice President Cheney presiding as President of the Senate will meet to certify the Electoral College vote on January 6th not on January 8th.
So noted in the Injunction and which also answers the remainder of your comments, except for the likelihood issue.
BTW, the vote by the House and VP does not have to take place on January 6. It can be delayed, as well as the date of the Inauguration, and I predict that it will.
Before I give you my take on it, I want to mention a possible action that could be taken to force Obama to prove his eligibility.
As improbable as it sounds, Bush can issue an Executive Order demanding proof of Obama’s eligibility, even without asking Obama to produce it. Obama is a security risk, and to allow an illegal immigrant, or a US citizen with dual citizenship to one or more hostile countries, to be in command of our armed forces and nuclear arsenal presents a major national security issue. In fact, he should have issued an EO a long time ago.
Right now, SCOTUS is hoping that the House invalidates the Electoral count, either outright, or by way of requiring Obama to prove his eligibility. Yet, even if that doesn’t happen, SCOTUS will have no choice but to require Obama to show it. I just do not see how Obama will be allowed to serve as POTUS without proving his eligibility.”

Good photo, the only perplexing thing is how Michelle’s got broader than Obama’s in only two years.
They look so much younger there than two years ago.

That appeared in “The Honolulu Advertiser” but it can also be found by going to google images. The picture was used in an advertisement which the presstitutes said, “Jr uses the women in his life to campaign for him.”
Mahaila was 10 this past July. I based the 2006 date more on the image of Maya’s daughter Suhaila who would have been two in 2006. Here’s a link to an image of her taken Dec.23/08. Sorry I’m not adept at posting photos, I leave that to others while I concentrate on finding information!

President-elect Barack Obama packed his day with activities yesterday as his vacation in Hawaii nears its end.
Obama played basketball at his alma mater, went to the Honolulu Zoo with his daughters and also visited the apartment of his late grandmother, Madelyn Dunham.
Obama’s Busy Tuesday
He went to his alma mater Punahou to play basketball, took his daughters to the Hononlulu Zoo and visited his late grandmother’s Makiki apartment.

His day began yesterday with a small group of pro-Palestinian demonstrators who showed up outside the $9 million Kailua vacation rental where Obama and his family are staying.
About a dozen people representing various groups peacefully set up at the security checkpoint fronting the Kailuana Place residence.
Ann Wright, a retired Army colonel who protested with peace activist Cindy Sheehan outside of President Bush’s Texas ranch, was among the demonstrators.
She wore a T-shirt that read: “We will not be silent” and carried a sign that read: “Change U.S. foreign policy. Yes we can.”
Other signs read “War is Terror,” “Free Palestine” and “No U.S. support for Israel.”
Wright, 62, of Honolulu, said the demonstrators represented various groups, including her organization, Veterans for Peace.
The groups issued a news release that stated in part: “We call on President-elect Obama to place the resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict at the top of his list of priorities of his new administration.”
As his motorcade left the Kailua compound, Obama sat in the rear on the passenger side of his black sport utility vehicle and was not visible to the protesters, who were on the left side of the vehicle. Obama sipped from a bottle of water and looked straight ahead as the vehicle passed.
The motorcade then made the drive over the Pali Highway to Punahou School, where it was met by about 200 students, parents and administrators at the private school, which is on its winter break.
Punahou spokeswoman Laurel Bowers Husain said the students were members of various sports teams who had finished practice and began milling about amid the tight security. Many waved at the 1979 Punahou graduate as his motorcade made its way onto the campus.
Aides said Obama was accompanied by friends Martin Nesbitt, Eric Whitaker, Greg Orme and another high school friend, Mike Ramos.
Obama spent about an hour in the gym, emerging in a fresh white T-shirt, Bermuda shorts and sandals. He then made his way over to the throng of people, exchanging pleasantries, posing for photographs and signing a few autographs before leaving.
The entourage then made its way to the Honolulu Zoo, where he and his daughters, Malia and Sasha, were joined by the children of his other friends. No wives were spotted entering the zoo with the group of about 15 adults and children.
Obama visited the new tiger cub exhibit and was greeted by Honolulu Mayor Mufi Hannemann.
Obama capped off his day with a visit to the Punahou-area apartment where he grew up, and where Dunham, his grandmother, lived until her death Nov. 2. The apartment had been a frequent stop for Obama on previous trips.
An aide said she did not immediately know why Obama was visiting the residence. He entered the building out of public view and did not stop to greet the dozen or so people who had gathered on the sidewalk outside the building after word of his arrival got out.
He returned to his vacation residence shortly before 6 p.m.
