Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

The only point I was making was in response to the claim that Obama is automatically a citizen because his mother is and that it didn’t matter where he was born. Obviously it matters, because of the question regarding McCain’s place of birth.

I don’t know about that. I am an American citizen and my wife is Japanese, and my daughter was born in Japan. She received CITIZENSHIP (albeit dual Japanese/American) and has an American overseas birth certificate.
Good point, with both his parents deceased, their is no DNA proof that he is their child. I know that is far fetched, but what if the BC says that his parents were completely different people than he says?
However, if Obama forged this, he should be ushered out of the race for committing a felony.
Were you in Japan as US military or is there a consular agreement that covers this?

Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.
Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen’ of the United States;
Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;
Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country’s President;
Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen’ clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress’s own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen’;

I was there as an ex-pat. We applied for an America birth certificate at a consulate, and received it around her 3rd mo. after birth. She has both a kosekishohon (indication of family linage in Japan) and an American birth certificate. I would doubt that even with that, she could qualify for the presidential race.
Like I said, if Obama puts this clear forgery on his website, he needs to go to jail for it. I’ve had to produce so many validated documents for my wife’s green card, it’s silly to think that Obama can’t even show a STAMPED SIGNED certificate of live birth.
All we want are details. Hussein must provide the details of his original name, how he came about being referred to as Barry, and then Barack Hussein Obama.
And did Hussein legally change his name birth name in college from Barry Soetoro to B Hussein Obama? If so, why? Did he have some kind of conversion that made him want to suddenly go by his muslim name?
And is it true that shortly after legally changing his name while in college, he traveled to Karachi, Pakistan for 3 weeks? How old was he? Early 20's? Why is dude traveling to Pakistan after changing his name, which reflected his muslim heritage? Muhammed Ali and Kareem Abdul Jabar both changed their names to reflect their new found muslim religion.
Why would a typical-college student go to Pakistan for a vacation? Pakistan obviously wasn't any type of tourist attraction any college student would seek out. Dude was into drugs for awhile, so he knows how to party. Why would he venture to the Middle East for his Spring Break, where there are no drugs or alcohol? Can anyone verify that he changed his name in college and then took his Spring Break to the Middle East?
Did he visit Karachi, Pakistan, where Osama Bin Laden’s #2 man was found and killed? Then after being there for 3 weeks, did Hussein go to Hyderabad, a large Muslim stronghold in India, for 1 more week? These are not vacation hot spots like Orlando or Daytona Beach. Why did he go there, where the terror cells were born. Did he speak about the trip in his first book?
He just needs to walk us through his conversion from Barry to Barack Hussein and his sudden vacation to Karach, Pakistan & Hyderabad, India - the large Muslim stronghold in India. Preferably in a town hall meeting with John McCain.
Hussein needs to be pounded DAILY about refusing to meet McCain in down-to-earth, real-world town meetings. If Hussein is scared to meet JM at a town hall meeting, how is the lying punk going to deal with terrorists who want to slit our throats? Every journalist on a daily basis needs to ask him why he's afraid to meet JM at a couple of town hall meetings.
McCain has losers taking him to court in multiple states questioning his eligibility to run. News Flash: McCain is eligible to run for President. So why should Hussein get special treatment in this area?
Hussein has so many LIES on record about his background, it's a wonder Clinton's hacks didn't pursue this further. Difference is Clinton's hacks were worried about being politically correct due to the race issue. But we don't have to worry about that, because Hussein, his wife and his fake-Pastor of 20 years, former Muslim-Wright are the racists, and there is nothing wrong in calling them on their lies.
All anyone wants is accurate, documented evidence of his eligibility and truth about his MUSLIM background. Ie: Details about why Hussein find the muslim call to prayer is one of the most beautiful sounds on earth, per NYT.
Because Hussein continues to LIE about his muslim upbringing, many are going to continue question him on it. Why can't he just be honest about it? He already admitted it in one of his books.
Why do you care what some supposed outside forces in your imagination think about those that want to know about Hussein's childhood on FR.

Hmmmm...And it's not about him being muslim...it's about him lying about it.
This is the first opportunity of hopefully many to drill home why many are suspicious of his background. Have you ever met a muslim who has converted to Christianity? That act much different than Hussein. He was raised a muslim, talked about it in first book, but denies it in 2008. lol
It should NEVER have been a question. And when he found out it was a question, he should have sincerely put the question to rest with the appropriate documents.
This guy is a diabolical and his campaign is amateur and shady. This should never have been an issue. The fact that voters have to pursue this information on their own, shows that Hussein lacks integrity and has zero respect for the office and citizens of the United States.
