Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

RESOLUTION
Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.
Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a ‘‘natural born Citizen’’ of the United States;
Whereas the term ‘‘natural born Citizen’’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;
Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country’s President;
Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the ‘‘natural born Citizen’’ clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress’s own statute defining the term ‘‘natural born Citizen’’;
Whereas the well-being of all citizens of the United States is preserved and enhanced by the men and women who are assigned to serve our country outside of our national borders;
Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President; and Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936:

Before Hawaii was a state? When his mom was 16 and lived in Washington? Or six years earlier? When his mom was 12? You think these are possibilities? Really?

According to a letter on file in the Mboya papers at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, “most” of Obama Sr.’s early expenses in the United States were covered by an international literacy expert named Elizabeth Mooney Kirk, who had traveled widely in Kenya. Kirk wrote to Mboya in May 1962 to request additional funds to “sponsor Barack Obama for graduate study, preferably at Harvard.” She said she would “like to do more” to assist the young man but had two stepchildren ready for college.
Wikipedia (cringe to use, but here's more spaghetti against the wall) says the follwoing about Sea-Tac of that time:

I thought we debunked those photos as being in her wedding dress earlier in the thread. They look more like from Obama Sr.'s visit at age 10.
I haven't said anything about that issue here although I have talked to some others outside about it.
We all take it as a given that both of the pictures in the Departure Lounge of the Honolulu Airport were taken on the same day. (Same suits, ties, white shirts--see Obama Sr.'s cuffs, guys in the background, Christmas lights, location in the airport, etc.) So the argument that they were taken in 1970 instead of 1960 comes down to the proposition that the boy in the second picture is Obama. It may be that question can be conclusively resolved because someone here said the Honolulu Airport was rebuilt in the mid sixties so we should be able to see whether this is the departure lounge in the old airport or the new airport.
There is a second set of pictures, also from Time, established from the 1970's Christmas visit. Compare them with the airport pictures. She looks significantly older. She is much heavier; fatter face and arms; Obama Sr. is older; and Obama Jr. is much thinner, much much thinner face than the boy in the airport picture, much thinner physically.
Speculation is that the boy in the airport picture might be the half-brother--fatter face; higher cheekbones; larger mouth than Obama. How and why does he get to Honolulu? No idea.
But the airport pictures, properly analyzed, might provide a fit for the various time lines. Incidentally, the "wedding dress" caption comes from quoting Obama, I believe in the Time article. It is a "wedding picture"--in the departure lounge of the Honolulu airport in the Christmas season of 1960; what are they doing there?

There was no hospital on the Atlantic side of the zone and thus babies were delivered in Panama. However at some point, there was a hospital on the Pacific side and it may have been there when McCain was born. Were babies delivered there or was it just an emergency facility? Was McCain's father (Or more important, his mother)on the Atlantic side or the pacific side.
As to the resolution, this is exactly a demonstration why the distinction between what Congress does and what the Supreme Court does is important.
First place, the resolution is not law--it just expresses the sense of the Senate (with which the Senate could not get the house to go along and enact into law).
Second, what the Constitution means and how it is applied is just not within the purview of Congressional Action--to amend the Constitution to get it to say what Congress wants it to say, Congress needs to Amend the Constitution. Stuff like this where Congress is telling the Supreme Court how to interpret the Constitution, usually, in the view of guys who go down to the Courthouse every day, is counterproductive because the Supreme Court doesn't like it.
He was born in the french hospital in Colon, which was not a part of the Canal Zone.
In addition, before Hawaii became a state, Obama's mother was still in high school in Washington state, which would put the citizenship issue - and the whole point of this speculation - pretty much off the table. Of course, you will also need to figure out who his father really is, too. Or are you suggesting that his father somehow impregnated his mother years before he ever left Kenya, while the two of them were on different continents? You really think that is a possibility? Really?

That's clearly off. She wasn't going to Boston a day after Obama was born. She didn't file Birth Certificate information in Hawaii until the 8th; and Obama Sr. wasn't in Boston until a year later.
The rest of the chronology makes it look like she was headed to Hawaii. Also fits with our analysis of her testimony about late August from another source--it was early August, not late August at all.
He's born on the 3rd; on the 4th or say 5th, Stanley Ann and Obama are in Seattle; on the 8th, they are in Honolulu filing birth information. Where were they coming from to get to Seattle?

Had to put in the part about Sea Tac.
I suspect when we get the airline data, we won't see the trip as having been through Europe and the East Coast. If my memory is correct, Vancouver BC was the Commonwealth airline hub in Western North America--flights from all over the Empire arrived there.
And that fits with another reported girl friend interview that says Ann was out of the country when he was born--she remembers in Canada.
Not relevant if he was born before Hawaii was a state.

Stanley’s Dad wouldn’t let her attend University of Chicago because it was too far away. He insisted that she come to HI. Seems more plausible that they would send her back to Seattle or Canada vs letting their pregnant 18 year old daughter go to a third world country.
Did Stanley have any relatives she could stay with in Washington, during her pregnancy?
