What is curious about this COLB is the 1964 date of registration. Your comment regarding the timing in relation to filing for divorce makes some sense.
I do find it odd that a fake COLB would use a registration date as such.

But since the photo gives a book and page number, as well as, registrars there is information that can be corroborated from other places. All very true, and that fact is one of the key things about this that exited most of us. But - someone will have to compel or convince the Kenyan government to allow our agents to look at their records. No telling how that request might be responded to.

Biden would unquestionably become President if the person who calls himself "Barack Obama" no longer was in the office. I'm not a legal type. Can you sight the provision that says if the president was fraudulently elected to the office then his vice president would become president.
