If zero were an ineligible candidate as I think he is, wouldn’t there have to be a new election?
This is uncharted territory. This is one political question the Supreme Court would have to involve itself in.
Of course not.
That’s entirely possible since we have never had an ineligible person elected to the office of President before. However, the constitution does have provisions for it IF the ineligibility is discovered before he is sworn in. I would think the election would be legal but not the two candidates, Bozo and Biden, but that is just me(wouldn’t it be great to end up with Sarah as VP? wouldn’t the dimwits heads explode?).
