Hi Darks,

You into LUCID dreams? Where you know you are in them and dreaming too? Carlos Castaneda stuff? That opens up some hellacious doors into cosmic alter-reality. I taught some classes on how to do it years ago, now I just keep a journal of them which are noteworthy. Man, oh man, does that beat any and every video game / 3D simulation / Animation / Special effects scenario out there.

When my daughter was very young, around 5 or so, she and I figured out she had the aptitude for it too, and I got to put her through the paces as a young child and she honed that skill very well. By the way, she passed her Black Belt First Degree test this morning, at a Dojo down near Laguna Beach, Ca. This is a test sanctioned by the Shaolin Temple in Shanghi China for Black Belt, where she went for her Brown Belt test. She got to take a BMW Z4 for a spin through the country side, brother-in-law just got one and gave her the wheel for a drive on some roads where you can push it.

Gotta Go, tomorrow is another day, and there is such a thing as too much fun. My wife just reminded me that I have to show moderation for that too.

I am as puzzled as you are that grannie is not posting... I just went on a fishing trip and when I came back she was gone. Here´s the boat I went fishing on.

No Loddy, you won´t find any cement I always clean and paint my boat after a fishing trip.

Hi Westy,

G'night... Love looking at those pictures. There is a moment when dusk settles in and you feel the power of the night taking over, then is when you are grateful for food -- clothing -- shelter.

Pardon my engineering inquisitiveness, but if that is a picture of your boat, taken from the stern, how do you keep the water out? It looks like a big opening where the fantail should be.

That is where you slide the bodies overboard. It is a super self draining cockpit. As a matter of fact most of the smaller modern yachts have open sterns, and even some the largers ones have a similar, but modified, setup that can be used a bathing platform and also helps in boarding from small boats.

On sail boats waves usually come over the front or the side, not the back. If you ever got overwhelmed by one it would rapidly drain away. I addition, should you be sailing alone and fall overboard you could get back on board again unaided.

All in all a very sensible setup.

You're a damned liar AC.. You had me locked in that little cabin, and made me clean all the fish for hours and hours..

I'm lucky I escaped with my virginity in tact..and I probably wouldn't have, if you hadn't been so proud of all those fish... 8^{

Hey Gran - it's great to see ya today. We were becoming concerned for your welfare.

Your hotel looks like a scene out of The Shining.

A tremendous day to one and all passing through the doorway.

Here's a link to what I hope and pray happens nation-wide in Iraq: troops surrendering to anyone who appears to be on our side.

You decided to finally emerge from hibernation.Better try the Atkins plan to shed that winter "coat" ;-)

No smart remarks today, ya hear.I stubbed a toe last night and the durned thing is busted. All black and blue, swollen like your feet after a long day of walking the streets in the barrios where ACE works ya.It aches more than my noggin' after a night of boozing drinking ACe's cheap vintage Marques De Piss Royal 2003.Plus, to top it off, its a brutally cold day today, after yesterday hit the 50's...

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh you hurts your itty bitty toe-ey woe-ey?... How many times have I told you to be careful when you're switching beds?

Not only that, those bubble baths can cloud your vision and you can take a tewibble fall, and spill your dwinky-poo...

Please be more careful.. who's going to find me in the barrio when AC turns me loose, and I can't find my way home?

Torre de Hércules, the oldest working light-house in the world was built by the Romans on the same spot where legend has it a Celtic light-house had once stood.

The Celts claimed they could see Ireland, 900 kms away, from the Tower. In those days that may have been possible because as everyone knows the earth was flat.

Nice pic AC. Glad to see you gave up fishing for awhile. While the cat's away, I've been playing.
