Good morning! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington,nor our brave members of the Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Well, last night's speech was all we could have hoped for. And in a week, or two, the President will again address a joint session of Congress and the Nation.

This will be a one - two punch, and send the Dems and other critics reeling.

It's too bad it has to get so political on the eve of war, but the Corrupt Party started it with its overly aggressive attacks before the SOTU was even delivered!

So there it is: the Dems will be reeling. Excellent!

Since when do children have the right to riot, over school! This is becoming clear that children are losing any sense of respect or any idea of growing maturity. Read this, and decide for yourself if we need to tear down the school system and rebuild it to actually teach, and build the moral values our kids must have to be worthy of taking over from us.

Students riot at Montwood


Students rioted at Montwood High School Wednesday morning.

Students reportedly walked out of class at about 9:30 a.m. to protest the school's decision to shift to block scheduling for the 2003-2004 school year.

Police said they asked the students to return to class and the students refused. Officers say students threw rocks and bottles at them, injuring one officer's hand. Police said they did use some mace.

The El Paso Police Department said the disturbance qualifies as a riot. They also said no children were injured and 11 arrests have been made.

Authorities locked the school down, keeping students in classrooms. They then released students classroom by classroom. El Paso Police say they had 90 unites on the scene and a police helicopter in the air. The Sheriff's department also provided assistance.

A spokeswoman with the Socorro Independent School District says the students currently attend 7 classes a day for a period of 50 minutes each. In the block scheduling system, students would attend four classes on one day and four the next, with each period lasting 90 minutes.

There are 2,922 students currently enrolled at Montwood High School according to the school's website.

Not all nasty places have the capacity to bring death in the form of two 737's into lower Manhattan and the DC Beltway and bring chaos to the 3rd most important economic region of America.This a new world of ASYMMETRIC threats and to counter that, the only course is pre-emptive strikes.Terrorism isn't just for the OTHER guy now...it hit home on Sept 11, 2001, so, all old style thinking about alliances, shared interests, turning blind eyes, etc, are kaput.Those that can act as a terror facilitators and use weapons of mass terror against the West are to be eliminated, for everyone's collective security.

The need to find smoking guns is pettifogging.Who cares? Sadddam is a terrorist threat and any such threat has to be killed.Period.So, Iran, Syria,North Korea, Egypt,Sudan, Libya,Pakistan,Yemen,Indonesia and any other hotbed of terrorist activity that can repeat another 9/11 is fair game.It has to be.When they decide they wish to join the West and become civilizied nations, then they get a reprieve.Anything less if suicidal folly.

The world has changed, deal with it.

I do believe Colin Powell is speaking to the UN next week and will give the evidence. And then President Bush will speak in the days after that to reinforce that evidence. The statistic that got me last night was that the inspectors have found 16 of the 30,000 missiles that can deliver biological agents. At the rate they are going, it will take them 300 years to discover the other 29,984 missiles. Those agents may not have the capability of a nuclear bomb, but the biological agents could kill millions of people. Are they not a weapon of mass destruction???
