More and more this reeks of two teams working each side of DC, and they have to be locals and can blend in.I suspect the perps are cabbies, or two other groups or have worked with them in the past.Who can go anywhere and not be hassled or noticed??Cops...cabbiesand local utilyi cos employess.Especially at odd hours, and can appear from isolated areas and no one suspects anything, as cabbies are wont to find places to catch some zzzzzzzzzzzz's

The cat, Grand Duchess of the Afghan Rug stain and eight in line to the throne of Couch Cushion of the Remote, had this to say: "WE are not amused."

She then fluffed herself up, waved her fan and stomped from the room as daintily as her paws allowed.

I had a cat that actually did stomp when she was miffed.
We'd razz her about it to, which made her stomp harder and swish her tail furiously left and right.
