Example: Obama played these fools. But you don’t see his kid a homo, he lives in one of the whitest areas in the entire North East, he uses private doctors, sent his kid to a private school, he doesn’t hang out with drugged out losers...
IMHO, most of these people are successful. They understand the importance of perseverance and tenacity, prudent risk taking, hard work, the value of knowledge, what happens when you hang around the wrong crowd, they get that certain ideas (philosophy) if adopted impact our decision making and outcome. They are in their personal lives, even if in secret and driving some EV for show, far more conservative than they put on.

Each rating agency rates on their own issues. You can click on the link to see what they’re rating on.
But in general, Graham was a moderate-liberal Republican, a la his mentor John McCain.
