Each rating agency rates on their own issues. You can click on the link to see what they’re rating on.

But in general, Graham was a moderate-liberal Republican, a la his mentor John McCain.

Thanks for the info. And I agree that Graham and McCain had similar political traits.

And that brings to mind Marco Rubio. Who if recall correctly joined with Graham and McCain in the attempt to grant amnesty to the illegals.

When Rubio was a FL State Politicians, he was well-respected by the FL conservatives. So much so, FL conservatives got him elected US Senator in 2010.

Then for the next 15 years Senator Rubio became a pretty squishy conservative.

Beginning in 2025 Rubio is back to being the darling of conservatives in his current Secretary of State role.

This illustrates the untrustworthiness of far too many politicians.
