Thank God President Trump is OK. Sadly, at least one attendee at the rally was killed and another was hurt. Prayers for them. We don't know anything about the shooter yet but almost certainly it was a person of the political Left. The media won't be able to ignore that as they can't ignore this event. Suppose this person was a member of or had association with say, Antifa or BLM? What if it turns out this person voted for Biden or Bernie Sanders and donated to the Democratic party? How will the media cover this? They won't be able to dismiss this person as a "right-wing extremist" or a "maga Republican" as they like to do. We live in uncertain timwes. I’m normally queasy about bloody pictures, but this didn’t bother me at all. And - if this is a Chinese person, I can’t tell from the picture.
I don’t know how this will all shake out but I know one thing….
The prescription to prevent this from happening again will be to take away my rights.
They’ll avoid it easily after all Trump fell down on stage.
I fully expect the media whores to blame TRUMP for the assassination attempt. Something along the lines of, “Trump’s extreme, hateful rhetoric has caused this kind of reaction.”

Fake News Media will all start beating the Gun Ban drum showing sympathy by saying that even Trump isn’t immune from Gun Violence. Of course at the same time they won’t show him any respect addressing him as Trump and not former President Trump.
Maybe at all future rallys for President Trump the media should get the first four rows of seats behind him.
