What exactly does that mean? Was he dancing with glee? I doubt it. Or did he fail to do something to fix the problem? ... along with everyone else including Trump. I think there is a bigger play going on here.

This is the first I’ve heard of the Maidan Group. I looked them up and found a company with 29 employees. Can’t tell what they do, but most of the names look middle eastern. Does DeSantis work for them? He’s not in the employee directory. What, if any, is his association.
Is regime change in Ukraine a bad thing?

I don’t know enough about this to comment. But I will say that if this was a vote when he was in Congress, then for me it’s insufficient evidence. I believe that MANY people have used their votes as cover when needed. Example: If your party/conscience requires you to vote for something, but your constituents are against it and the vote is extremely lopsided so that your one vote won’t change the outcome, then many people will vote the “wrong” way in order to get re-elected. Or to maintain the cover of being a Dem / Repub / Deep State / whatever.

Trump appointed Fauci. There is more at play here, IMO. If the play is to give F enough rope to hang himself, then it’s hard to tell who is part of the sting.

I need more context to have an opinion on this. I also think that Pence is a white hat and part of the plan and people love to hate on Pence, so DeSantis could be playing a similar role.

Most of the claims against DeSantis are of the type “he thinks / likes / supports X”. It’s hard to really know what someone thinks or likes or supports. Especially if they are playing a role.
My biggest beef with DeSantis also applies to Trump. I hate that they were pro-vax. I’ve read arguments explaining that that was the lesser of two evils. Still a little difficult to wrap my head around, but I suspect there was much that we still don’t know or understand.
Again, this is all JUST MY OPINION. I would like to believe DeSantis is a white hat - so yes, cognitive bias. I’m willing to admit that he isn’t if the evidence is convincing, but so far I’m not convinced 100% in either direction. I continue to look (as objectively as I possibly can, admitting my biases) at arguments and evidence on both sides.

The #1 thing I hate the most about the times we are living through is the deceit. BOTH sides are deceitful. The Deep State has been lying and deceiving us for decades, maybe centuries. I hate that the good guys - the people I THINK are the good guys - are now lying and deceiving us. Fighting fire with fire. The danger is that everything will burn down and nothing will be left.
Perhaps there was no other option for the good guys. I can understand that. It doesn’t mean I like it. After this is all over, IMO there needs to be full disclosure. I’m not interested in trading one group of liars for a different group of liars. Then we just start the process up again with “our” guys lying to us. It needs to stop.

Thunderstorms happening, I can’t stay on long. Just a couple of quick things:
The Maidan “protests” were what initiated the Ukraine color revolution funded and pushed by Soros and the US via Victoria Nuland and others, funded too. It overthrew the legitimately elected president who didn’t hate Russia. Ukraine went ultra bad after that.
Second point - I want sources for all these accusations against DeSantis. I’ve seeen the meme Kalamata has seen. Maybe they’re all true, maybe not compleltely, or exaggerated, or who knows. I need actual direc quotes, or other verifiable sources to know for sure his positions. This is not an attack at all. Sources are vital.

I’m sorry if I implied otherwise. I just saw the meme earlier and thought I would relay its contents.
To me, it is clear the opposition’s only goal right now is to “get Trump”, by any means necessary. If that translates into funding his opposition (DeSantis), and encouraging him to first “run to the right”, they will (and imo, are doing) do it. I would not want to aid and abet their cause.
Also, imo, no true MAGA person would ever run against PDJT knowing it would divide the movement.
I find DeSantis’s entry appalling and disgusting. Although I voted for him twice, I would not ever vote for him again for any position, regardless of who was running against him.

For example the Roswell incident was labeled as above top secret and disappeared in one of the deep black holes. After Truman and Eisenhower I don't think any president knew the truth about Roswell or what it all meant. They may have received briefings that were wrapped up in disinformation and the people giving the briefings didn't have a clue as to what they were even talking about. So here we are; welcome to the disinformation age, same as the old lies and it's our job to figure it out in an ocean of darkness but we know the greater truth that's revealed in the Bible.

On Wednesday, I was on the scene outside Ron DeSantis’ failed announcement for President at the swanky Four Seasons Hotel in Miami. While the announcement was broadcast on a bug-ridden Twitter Space hosted by Elon Musk, and moderated by Big Tech investor David Sacks, the in-person event was infested with rich elites and establishment RINOS who were salivating over the prospect of DeSantis becoming their puppet in the White House.
Tickets to attend his announcement in person reportedly ran for a cool $5,000.
But, outside the event is where the real grassroots voters made their voices heard.
Trump supporters showed up outside of the Four Seasons where they protested to make it clear that DeSantis is a fraud, and that President Donald Trump is the only choice for America First in 2024.

Perhaps one of the most recognizable faces outside the event was Maurice Symonette of Blacks for Trump, who has become incredibly well known due to him attending virtually every Trump rally, usually sitting directly behind President Trump holding his signature “Blacks for Trump” sign.
I caught up with him and his group outside the Four Seasons Hotel, and he didn’t mince words when explaining why he was there to oppose Ron DeSantis.
“I’m here to destroy DeSantis because he’s a bastard from Hell,” adding that “I’m here to let [DeSantis] know that I helped you only because Trump actually asked us to go out and help him.”

I come to this thread for intelligent discussion, not to have everyone agree with me. I value a polite argument/disagreement/discussion. I learn more when I can “argue” a bit. If I’m wrong, I learn something new. If I’m right, I am forced to back up my reasoning.
Lots of issues that can’t be proven or decided yet. Frustrating. Another reason I hope we will get the full true story when all of this is over. It’s been 60 years and we still don’t have the full JFK story. Let’s hope the truth of recent years is released in a more timely manner.
