Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.
In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

CPAP (AKA PEEP) is for Oxygenation and definitely saves lives and provides other benefits. When people suddenly cease breathing during slumber the O2 deprivation can result in serious damage. CPAP helps remedy that. The flow is constant and static. One simply breathes through it. Over it, under it (non invasive Oxygenation.) it is a greatly preferred method of delivering assistance in these situations. Unfortunately many do not tolerate this therapy. People decide that suddenly they are claustrophobic and the facial confinement stresses them out.
Such ones are usually intubated or ‘tubed’ which requires constant monitoring and maintenance. Ordinarily sedation is needed because being intubated while alert and oriented and being ventilated freaks awake people out, unless they are trached, (hole in neck.)
I have actually considered ‘borrowing) a BIPAP machine for my SOB. Years ago I was SOB prior to open heart surgery. I simply was unable to ventilate and in such circumstances people will do a lot to fix that. I have never used BIPAP but I would prefer to have a unit on hand if I could afford one.
Most persons adjust to the mask and therapy rather quickly once they are not panicking. Often people find wearing the contraption very relaxing. The ‘nasal pillows’ are very popular but minimally effective. Hospitals tend to not use them, especially ICUs.
Better to wear CPAP nocturnally than to be crashing cars during commuting hours. It is a very helpful and worthy method of resolving certain more minor ventilation issues or rather Oxygenation problems. BIPAP deals with both ventilation and Oxygenation with its two levels of positive pressure. This is a terrific business to get into. A lot of money but if you qualify, you must be utilized in order to maintain the illusion that home health care though necessary is also not a huge racket with lots of backsheesh involved.

Am sorry to hear about your sister in law, there were so many families affected by these acts. Compensation isn’t enough, there needs to be a modern day Nuremburg trial, crimes were comitted.
