You’re the one who made the claim. YOU show the link, showing that poster is wrong. And, not DS provided links.
See? That’s how this works. You make a drive by claim...YOU post a link to back it up.
Then....we go from there.
You jumped right in, with location insults, to that poster.
Sorry Jane, but you are late to the party. I have posted links to the OSCE reports, the actual numbers of combatants and non-combatants killed on both sides, and rebutted that particular Russian propaganda talking point multiple times. So have some other FReepers.
And yet posters keep repeating that particular talking point.
Some of the people asking for links have actually seen the previous discussion. So here are some links on the topic so you can catch up:
The Ukranians killing 14,000 people debunked
More details on the topic, who really got killed and by whom in the Donbass fighting
More debunking of the Russian talking point
Here's that talking point again
A link to the OSCE reports for the same people asking for links tonight
Here comes the talking point again
A variation of the talking point - supposedly the Ukrainians always fired first
And here's another example of the talking point
Still debunking the talking point
Here's the talking point again
Another variation of the talking point
The claim that the Ukrainians killed 14,000 people in the Donbass war that started in 2014 is simply false, and is put out as a Russian propaganda talking point.
Anyone who did the simplest of research, even just reading the Wikipedia entry for links to sources would know that the deaths were mostly among soldiers in the Ukrainian, Russian, and DPR/LNR armed forces.
But the claim that the Ukraine shelled the Donbass and killed 14,000 people keeps getting posted here on FR, and defended by the people who post it. Even when they are shown they are wrong they persist.
Some of them seem to forget their talking point has been debunked many times already.
