The defense ought to want a mistrial.

It’s worth noting that this was the second night of unrest in Kenosha. Had there been law enforcement the first night, it may have mitigated their trouble when BLM reinforcements arrived.

Watching and listening to Rittenhouse’s whole testimony now... The defense asked for a mistrial “with prejudice” (so that the prosecutor cannot retry?) because (if I understood correctly) they believe the prosecutor is aiming for a mistrial “without prejudice” so that he can retry the case. ???
