Watching and listening to Rittenhouse’s whole testimony now... The defense asked for a mistrial “with prejudice” (so that the prosecutor cannot retry?) because (if I understood correctly) they believe the prosecutor is aiming for a mistrial “without prejudice” so that he can retry the case. ???

As I understand it, the Judge wants the Jury to decide, as it should be.

The evidence is clear. I think that unless the jury is intimidated, the young man will be cleared.

(Not a lawyer, don’t play one anywhere.)
