Unbelievable, I just watched for the first time today.

I didn’t see the “officer’s” testimony.

I still can’t believe he didn’t take Kyle seriously.

I love LEOs, but this is unforgivable.

Officer Jason Krueger (pronounced kray-ger). At around 4 hour 53 minute mark he describes when someone comes up with a gun with their hands up it’s an indication they are not a threat, but when Kyle does it he pepper sprayed him. Any idea why Kyle was treated differently?
