Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

RE: Bonds. Muni or otherwise. When if inflation hits, the value of those bonds will fall along with the rise in interest rates.
Ideal time to invest in Bonds, is when the interest rates are high and expected to decrease.
Just something to keep in mind. It a difficult investment environment right now.

These two questions are related. Because Trump chose to not attend the inauguration he left Washington while still president. Therefore the plane he flew was designated “Airforce One.” Obama and George W. Both left Washington after their successors became president. Bearing in mind that two pictures of the same room and objects can show them differently based on lighting, angle, camera quality, and skill of the photographer, it does seem as if there are differences beyond what is outside the window and the curtain quality.
The windows in the Trump photo are thicker in the middle and seem like the top of windows where half slides up to let in fresh air whereas the ones in the Biden photo don’t.
Also, it seems the Biden room is not quite as rounded; the two windows seem to be in a bit straighter line.
The Biden desk seems wider. The Trump desk seems longer.
The Trump windows seem wider.
Needed is a tighter shot on Trump sitting at the desk for a better comparison.

It’s a good list but I’d leave that one out if it’s correct that Trump flew home on it in the morning when he was still President. He didn’t fly on it after Biden was sworn (*spit*) in.
You could replace it with Biden not being flown in on a government plane, which is customary.
You would have to also ask:
Why would Biden, as president-elect, have to travel to his “inauguration” in a private, non-government plane?
Has anyone else ever had to do this? (I really don’t know!)

Either he’s a goofball, maybe simply an odd bird, or maybe he sees things playing out differently yet parallel to what we’re determining. He tilts his hand many times with the term “clandestine”, maybe suggesting something we haven’t thought of yet.
