Either he’s a goofball, maybe simply an odd bird, or maybe he sees things playing out differently yet parallel to what we’re determining. He tilts his hand many times with the term “clandestine”, maybe suggesting something we haven’t thought of yet.
However...I’m cautious of him
When all the white hat Patriot voices were being banned on YouTube, he wasn’t. Neither has Parkes, or Prather been banned.

Wictor claims no such insider knowledge, only his own life science and personal perspective. So why doesn’t he just come out directly and say what is on his mind?. It’s weird. Not normal. Almost like he’s trying to be Q~ (q-sortof)..kinda like Q+...but different...Qsorta-but-notsomuch

Wictor has been banned plenty of times, he moves around, he comes back. You’ve seen the lengths he’s gone to on youtube to get around the censors.
I was wondering why JP Sears has been allowed to stick around (and he say’s he’s been having problems with Fakebook) but I think it’s because everything he says is ironic even sarcastic, but he uses nothing but their own words but he says them in such a way as to reveal their absurdity. Sophmoric as a bag of hammers, but a clever way to avoid the censors, at least for a time.

Wictor was banned twice on twtter, and when he did his youtubes, he spoke very circumspectly about the election so as to avoid banning. He mentioned that at least once or maybe more than once.
FYI- Parkes is not posting videos on YouTube since Jan.16. He said YT warned he’d be deplatformed, so he posts on his own website and Bitchute.
