Booger McFarland doesn’t work at building his brand OR at getting better at his craft. At least results on screen suggest that he doesn’t.

Wait... my mom and I were drinking wine in the mid-afternoon on an empty stomach and I'm not sure of much right now...
They fired a black guy for criticizing black players on the grounds of racism?
Is this satire or have we reached Peak Clown World?

He sucked because he was advanced thru the ranks too quickly from the SEC channel. With that said, he shouldn’t be fired for this, ESPN was probably looking for an excuse to get rid of him to trim payroll.

McFarland is one of the better and more interesting people on espn. Not great on MNF, but super likable and original thinking in his commentary. He’s gonna find a home quickly if he wants one.

I was going to say that, or blacks can never be racist since they are the oppressed.

Booger should not have been showed the door for his truthful comments. He should have been fired last year for not being very good at his job.

McFarland suggested that some black players were more concerned with building a brand for themselves than actually working on being good at their craft.A truism which would apply to a lot of white players as well. There just happens to be more black players in the sport.
