From what little I remember, they no longer are. Doesn’t the R consent agreement (WHY ON GOD’S EARTH DID THEY EVER SIGN THAT???) need to be renewed regularly? And they didn’t renew it?

I think a few grains of salt need be taken with the CDC data. What I mean is, if a person had heart problems or diabetes or whatever co-morbidity and then got covid and died, you’d almost have to be a doctor to know what caused it. If the person was living with their condition and died after getting covid, it seems honest to say that covid was the “cause” of death, because but for having the virus they’d still be alive and scooting around WalMart in their little electric shopping cart.
I do agree the numbers have been stretched to the limit by those who have a motive to do so, but consider this article to be far more impactive:

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (Pussy-Madison) has written President Trump a letter urging him to not come to visit Kenosha on Tuesday.
Of course this is just a transparent attempt to keep Trump out of a swing state that is in the process of swinging to the red side because of Ever’s stupidity, incompetence, and ineffectiveness. I hope a herd of “peaceful protesters” comes to occupy his house too, eats his tofu burgers, pees in the hallway, and refuses to leave until he apologizes to the state for being elected and resigns.
