When you compare this new video with the one from last night, you can tell in the closeup of the guy shoving the other guy out of the way, that second guy was co-located with the shooting. Sorry for the poor wording. The guy that got shoved out of the way was either shooter or likely knows who the identity of the shooter.

Hopefully, there is some video from one of the stores that caught the incident and they can identify the red car mentioned by the girl talking with the police.
