While NASA proposes a mission to Neptune's moon, Triton, which could have an ocean capable of supporting life, researchers believe Neptune and Uranus are composed "primarily" of a strange form of water.

“Water. I hate to tell them my Uranus is mostly composed of gold...kinda brown...nuggets.”
That might have been funny if FR was loaded with 8 year olds.
*more water on Uranus ping*
It isn't?, preadolescence male humor is ubiquitous
Finding out if there is water on some distant planet’s moon or whatever has no practical use to improve status of humanity on planet earth.
But the effort supports lots of highly paid jobs at tax payer expense. It is worse than that, out treasury is big time in a hole, so we do all this research with borrowed money.
Anytime you stick Uranus out there, youll get comments. Id wager everyone here is or was 8 years old. As far as the planets theyre talking about? What kind of strange water? Muddy, green, blue, or just frozen H2O? Oh, maybe heavy water? Lets go get some. Then well know.
Well they look blue and greenish so I’d go with that.
Not the Uranus I know.
First think I thought of, too. And you can bet 90% of the folks here thought the same.

Well if youve been in the Atlantic it looks blue and green in the shallows. Fly over Bear Lake on the Idaho/Utah line it looks like a cross between the two and phosphorescent. If I believed NASA Id believe in globull warming and green men from mars. So they can get on to their Uranus and get some. Otherwise its a guess.
If Uranus is primarily water, you ate at Taco Bell.
Or went to Mexico and drank the water.
