Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Throw into mix the report a few days back how the Chinese had invited in American Engineers and experts on the plan for the dam and the super-sized lake it would create. The comments by the Americans were that the lake size would be enough to change future weather patterns. Perhaps true?

Quite likely, many of us were lulled into complacency back when the media made much more of an attempt to be “fair and balanced” but 2016 was enough to force them out of the shadows where the manipulative aspects were clear to anyone who cared to look.
And as I said, why not? The cost to manufacture a poll is virtually nothing, and while a single poll may not be highly effective at changing behavior or thinking like all advertising, repetition over time reinforces the perception and change does occur. Use different names of supposedly reputable organizatons to reinforce the sense that since all polls get the same results they must be accurate. A repeat the same made-up results to create the perception “this is how everyone else thinks so they must be right and I’m the one who’s wrong”. Classic propaganda techniques - “Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth”, is a law of propaganda often attributed to the Nazi Joseph Goebbels.
Combine the low cost with the lack of transparency and accountability and you’ve got the cheapest means of influencing an election ever - and it’s perfectly legal.
All it takes is to lie to people, and for the people not to know they’re being lied to.

re: Lake effect weather
I wish I could source that article from a week or so ago but no-can-do. However, I did just remember another point that was made. The American engineers used Lake Powell and Lake Mead in our SouthWest as examples of man-made lakes and effects on weather. The weather did change there because of these lakes but since it was desert surrounding no one really notices and very few affected. Kinda interesting I thought.

Hmm. Watch the water?
Could it be the Trump is going to have the U.S. help China forestall the catastrophe of the dam collapse by intentionally flooding an area upstream?
Weather pattern changes created by making a great lake are a small price top pay considering the alternative.
What is China going to have to provide Trump in return for the help?
The diversion of a river and the quick development of huge lake would be quite a sight to watch.
