Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Nope. Presidential powers and the DoJ can override states or local government forcing unconstituional restrictions on citizens.
AG Barr announced yesterday fed prosecutors are going to be going after states/local governments who continue excessive restrictions.
And the Presidential powers that can be used in a National Emergency are wide and deep and Trump mentioned them a couple of weeks ago in a news briefing. So there is no chance the derps will be able to do the above.

An outbreak of the virus in the last week or so has escalated more than I like to think about, since I live a few miles down the road!

I've discussed this topic over the past few years with a few casino dealers who are "attentive".
Beyond the issue you mention regarding voting, look at the SS and Medicare savings if they do away with seniors. Those in long term facilities are a ripe target and demanding independent living seniors to stay at home with deteriorate their health/immunity per the Dr. Erickson video.
Steal votes, save money and rewrite history when those who remember are gone. Sick people.
