Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

It’s a body double. She has 4.
One is the “fat” one who is a woman who is very close to Hillary’s features, but has kidney issues, thus bloated stomach, thus her tent dresses.
Another popped out after her dramatic plunge, where she was literally thrown into the black van during the 911 remembrance. The one who came out of Chelsea’s appartment looks like her except too young and too energetic.
Then there is one who does look like her, but there are differences in the facial ratios, thus she usually does the sober, quieter Hillary.
Finally there is the one who has “cheeks.” No, Hillary did not have cheek implants. Her voice most closely matches Hillary. Plastic surgery can do wonders, but it can’t change certain facial ratios.

The Georgia one turned out to probably be a racial enclave in a small-population county.
I know of a county near me that would have a low case count -- except the virus is spreading inside a big prison there. They just lost a corrections officer, yesterday.
And, out West, several Indian Reservations have been hit worse than other areas...
Maybe someone from Ohio can enlighten us about those two "hot spots"...
