I just checked a detailed Ohio map, and I don't see anything significantly different about those two spots.

The Georgia one turned out to probably be a racial enclave in a small-population county.

I know of a county near me that would have a low case count -- except the virus is spreading inside a big prison there. They just lost a corrections officer, yesterday.

And, out West, several Indian Reservations have been hit worse than other areas...

Maybe someone from Ohio can enlighten us about those two "hot spots"...
