I suppose this could be considered a waste of time, but I thought it might be a good ongoing thread to track cases of the Corona virus that are directly or tangentially impacting Freepers.
We have 2 indirect contacts I know of so far.

I know someone who got it and survived ...well actually
I was at a Redistricting luncheon with former Governor Scott Walker, on Thursday, March 6th. Two days later I received an email from his team that he found out that day that he was exposed to an infected individual at CPAC and self quarantined until the following Friday.
He never got sick and neither did any of us at the luncheon.
I got sick as a dog in early January for 3-4 days. Suspected flu even w/ flu shot, but by time I got to DR. i had it long enough that Flu med like Tamaflu(?) not effective, so no test was made. Then a week later step daughter in law her son came down w/ same thing I had and the tested positive for Flu, so likely Jan illness not Covid-19

Well, if he was a Biden voter who was trying to take down Trump so Biden would have a better chance, how would his posts be different?
1. Yeah, rumor has it McGhee is some guy with a boat that hangs out down at the docks trying to scrounge up a living.
2. Yeah, although there is that medical expert who may have the best credentials in the U.S. who believes CV19 has the potential to be 10-15 times as bad as the worst of any virus we have yet seen. But you know what they say about experts.
3. You his the mark wtih this one; the Deep State, the Left and the anti-MAGA's would love to see Trump gone. One wonders how they conned China into perhaps bankrupting its biggest customer.

I’ve wondered about that too. In early November, I caught what I thought was a bad cold.
Semi-phlegmy cough, fever of 102, felt tired, snotty nose, headache but no muscle aches. General malaise. The fever subsided after about three days. Tylenol Extra Strength helped along with a lot of Mucinex.
I understand that many of the current symptoms of CV are not close to what I had. But I’ve kinda wondered if I caught something similar to CV.

You could have the regular old flu, a hangover, a migraine, sinus infection, PMS, or a hundred other ailments before you possibly have Covid-19.
I got the flu twice last year, November and January. November was mild and I was healthy after 6 days. The January bug was a respiratory flu and took 25 days to heal. It felt like I had walking pheumonia, which is what I think it was. I very much doubt my January flu was Covid-19. I suppose it could have been. I will never know, but I really doubt it. I don’t think C19 was that widespread here throughout California by January. Again, who knows? I just think this entire thing is overblown, unless you are 80 years old and already weak. Prayers up for the octogenarians.
If it’s a good looking female they better test the PD to. Been there done that.

1 homeschool kid that knows a lot of the same kids as my son, but was caught early and I don’t think spread behind that family. Two confirmed cases in my church (Cherokee Co., GA) who attended with 1000+ others. 1 possible case on my son’s baseball team.
