I had several very bad episodes including arrhythmia, tachycardia and wild BP swings. Got it straightened out with herbs. Not everyone wants to go that route, but I did. A few of the episodes I thought I would not pull through.
I pray that whatever is causing your symptoms is figured out and easy to fix.

Glad it was not Heart Attack.
Hope good docs get to bottom of what caused episode.
