Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

I don’t know for sure, but I still think it’s likely that I’m right.
One IMPORTANT thing that we all need to be careful of is jumping to conclusions. We need to weigh all the evidence. JMO, but I think it’s still good to post things that are questionable, but to give a warning if it seems fishy. One of the most important points about Q is that we’re supposed to think for ourselves!
Every once in a while, I throw something out on the board and then someone lets me know it’s fake or it’s been debunked or whatever. That’s all of us working as a team. And sometimes someone claims that something is fake or debunked and they’re wrong! That’s still all of us working as a team and doing our best.
There are FReeQs who have a good track record and I’m inclined to trust them a bit more than a drive-by poster, but in the end information has to stand on its own merits.
I hope no one ever gives me a “free pass” on anything I post. I hope that everything gets checked and vetted for truth.
Also, there are many things that none of us know for sure yet! The whole RR/RM black hat/white hat debate. I’m getting whiplash from that one! Not because FReeQs are lying, but because nobody knows for sure and we’re all putting out evidence and arguments both pro and con.

Here’s my thought process....
1. The original post was put up and I didn’t think much about it, but it did strike me as odd.
2. aMorePerfectUnion posted that it looked like code. So I went back and noticed the things I posted in 1331.
3. Then you asked me if I thought the tweeter was a derp and I wrote the part above.
4. ..... but THEN something clicked in my memory and I added this part:
Those RED Xs!! Remember the rally about a year ago where there was this odd woman who tweeted about wanting to hug the President? And there was something that seemed really “off” about her and her tweets? Red Xs. IIRC, her twitter handle also had the RED Xs in it. 3 Red Xs, IIRC.
Three Xs are often used as a symbol for death. So I think (again, JMO, just my guess) that derps are using that as a signal. I’d be on the lookout for Twitter handles with 3 red Xs in them. For me, going forward, I will eye them with GREAT suspicion. And then I’d look for weirdness in the actual tweet contents.
I was going to reply just to you, but I think the 3 red X observation is worth an upgrade to my ping list.

So at that altitude they could circle the world in 101 seconds. (534, 070/5280).
a minute and 1/2 at max record altitude to go around the world. I’m guessing the real challenge is not shooting out of the atmosphere.
Additional math shows at typical geostationary orbit level they cold circle the world in about 6 hours at that speed.
