I am a baby boomer (born 1950).
I have the impression that most Freepers are baby boomers or older. Am I right?

When America was still America.
I wasn't very old when I realized that the Baby Boom was a real thing and that I could benefit greatly by moving quickly before the rush began.
I once barely qualified for a government loan because my application was already in the mail on the day they decided that the funds were about to be exhausted. I attended first grade in a brand new school with brand new textbooks, and, before the year ended, we all received brand new desks. The desks we started the year with had holes in the top to hold ink wells.

I’m ten years older than you and remember in the mid 50s sitting on Dad’s old woolen USMC blanket watching the military equipment roll by during Memorial Day and Independence Day parades in town. Only ten years after the end of WW II, every family had personal connections to the war and was still deeply thankful for the allies winning the war. Little did we know how precious and fleeting those beliefs and feelings would be.
Who cares what YOUR impression is...we’re curious in general what this sites generational make up is..putting your generation is NOT compromising anyone’s privacy.
