Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

Well, lets see. I was still over the moon that our Dear Mr. Trump was POTUS, but I was starting to wonder about the apparent lack of action. I wanted to know what was happening! Then Q came and I started to read and follow because even if what they were saying wasn’t 100% true, it sparked discussion of what the administration was doing or might be doing. But really, within a couple of days I realized Q was telling us things that really were inside baseball.

What is apparent is the debate at the level of POTUS and his lawyers whether to bring charges of treason or the lesser 'knowingly, with intent, organizes, helps, etc.' clause. Treason is punishable by death, the intentional is punishable by prison up to 20 years. Treason may apply to Clinton and others who sold SAPs to China and others. The lesser clauses may apply to Schiff and others.
Also by 'force' does not necessarily mean by force of arms, it can also be by process or procedural force.

Mueller’s investigation has ended and Attorney General Bill Barr’s summary of Mueller’s report has been published — all without any mention of pedophiles, cannibals, or child murderers.
