And there was a robbery Sat morning on the corner by Rahms house. Report done but hush hush. No notification to CPIC or news affairs. Didnt want the bad press. Rahms wheels are falling off. And a half block from his house.

There must have been about....what....a dozen cops parked within 500 feet of the robbery on progress? Yet it still occurred.
