Here is a sentence I never thought Id type: After days of prayer, reflection, and serious study of the possibilities, I am not going to run as an independent candidate for president of the United States.
I gave it serious thought as a pretty darn obscure lawyer, writer, and veteran only because we live in historic times. Never before have both parties failed so spectacularly, producing two dishonest, deceitful candidates who should be disqualified from running for town council, much less leader of the free world.

Well... Bye.
good question...... it was a snappy cover... ; )
So having said that, at least he has some class unlike Trump, who is graceless. Plus French is a lot smarter than Trump, you and me combined.
Please be specific as to how French is dishonest.
Trump himself said he is not a conservative, then he corrected himself and then a few days later, he said he didn't know what he was and then he corrected himself; then a third time he said it didn't matter and he corrected himself. He loves to keep me guessing.
It was a always an insane idea. Take a nice vacation, Mr. French. You just got caught up in the madness ... no harm done.
The guy is less than a pimple on Trump's ass, military service and all.
“He has attracted an online racist following that viciously attacks his opponents and their families “
Oh, there is this. He calls it “reality”.
Now let’s hear your nuanced defense of this liar.
This guy Kristol should be utterly disgraced and forgotten. He has a very swollen view of himself and his influence.
Grass Roots to Kristol, “YOU ARE IRRELEVANT!”
Ha! Already French Toast! Smiles :))))
Well, from your writing and obvious affection for the brain-dead NR, he may certainly be smarter than you...but given HIS writing, that is still greatly in question.
The swim in a very small pond ...
Hmmm..strange..you know Kristol didn’t make his big announcement without Frenchs buy in.
Maybe someone got to French to let him know it wouldn’t be good for his health to do this.
Thank you for the ping! *chortle*
LOL! This scrivener is what is called in the vernacular, a “dumbass”.
“Donald Trump also lies habitually (sometimes minute by minute), and changes position based on his moods. In one breath he claims to support working men and women, and then with the next breath he threatens to destroy our economy through trade wars or by playing games with the full faith and credit of the United States. He believes an American judge a man born in Indiana who spent months hiding from drug cartels after theyd put a hit on him cant rule on a case involving Trump University because the judges parents emigrated from Mexico.”
The first point is a policy position on which many millions of Americans agree. It is a flat rejection of neocon, transnational and globalist treason, and is welcomed by many millions of Americans. Death to the NWO and all neocon bromides.
The second is a cogent point with regard to judicial prejudice in this inane case.
To bad you didn’t have the fortitude to mince for office, Frenchy. I would have reveled in voting against you.
ROFL! Nice one, Bobalu.
Agree. But even in this election cycle, they have already proven they can never be a credible conservative voice.
French Military History in a Nutshell
Gallic Wars: Lost. In a war whose ending foreshadows the next 2000 years of French history, France is conquered by of all things, an Italian.
Hundred Years War: Mostly lost, saved at last by a female schizophrenic who inadvertently creates The First Rule of French Warfare - “France’s armies are victorious only when not led by a Frenchman.”
Italian Wars: Lost. France becomes the first and only country ever to lose two wars when fighting Italians.
Wars of Religion: France goes 0-5-4 against the Huguenots.
Thirty Years’ War: France is technically not a participant, but manages to get invaded anyway. Claims a tie on the basis that eventually the other participants started ignoring her.
War of Devolution: Tied; Frenchmen take to wearing red flowerpots as chapeaux.
The Dutch War: Tied.
War of the Augsburg League/King William’s War/French and Indian War: Lost, but claimed as a tie. Deluded Frogophiles the world over label the period as the height of French Military Power.
War of the Spanish Succession: Lost. The War also gave the French their first taste of a Marlborough, which they have loved ever since.
American Revolution: In a move that will become quite familiar to future Americans, France claims a win even though the English colonists saw far more action. This is later known as “de Gaulle Syndrome”, and leads to the Second Rule of French Warfare: “France only wins when America does most of the fighting”.
French Revolution: Won, primarily due to the fact that the opponent was also French.
The Napoleonic Wars: Lost. Temporary victories (remember the First Rule!) due to leadership of a Corsican, who ended up being no match for a British footwear designer.
The Franco-Prussian War: Lost. Germany first plays the role of drunk Frat boy to France’s ugly girl home alone on a Saturday night.
WWI: Tied and on the way to losing, France is saved by the United States. Thousands of French women find out what it’s like not only to sleep with a winner, but one who doesn’t call her “Fraulein.” Sadly, widespread use of condoms by American forces forestalls any improvement in the French bloodline.
WWII: Lost. Conquered French liberated by the United States and Britain just as they finish learning the Horst Wessel Song.
War in Indochina: Lost. French forces plead sickness, take to bed with Dien Bien Flu.
Algerian Rebellion: Lost. Loss marks the first defeat of a Western army by a Non-Turkic Muslim force since the Crusades, and produces the First Rule of Muslim Warfare -”We can always beat the French.” This rule is identical to the First Rules of the Italians, Russians, Germans, English, Dutch, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Eskimos.
War on Terrorism: France, keeping in mind its recent history, surrenders to Germans and Muslims just to be safe.
