Deputies arrested a 28-year-old woman April 18 after dispatchers got a frantic 911 call from a man who said he was in his SUV on northbound I-95, and his girlfriend was attacking his genitalia.
His son, in the car with several other children, filmed at least part of the attack on his cell phone as deputies found the victims car on I-95.
Deputies followed it as dispatchers told the victim to pull off on State Road 100, and then stopped the car at a Kangaroo gas station, according to an arrest report.
Two deputies spoke separately to the man and the woman, South Carolina resident Ronnisha Evette Richardson. The mans name is redacted in the report.
He told deputies hed argued with Richardson about money paid for a hotel room in Orlando.
In a report, he wrote: Ronnisha Richardson first attacked me in the hotel room in Orlando b/c I decided to return home today. I was able to pin her down until she calmed down. I proceeded to travel to SC via automobile. She had managed to get my cell phone in her possession. I tried to get it back, she attacked me and tried to pull my genitals like she has done before. She did grab my genitals and I was able to push her off. I told my son to record it.
Deputies spoke to the son and watched the cell phone video.
A deputy wrote in the arrest report that in the video, it is apparent that Richardson is the aggressor in the altercation and can be seen actively grabbing at (the victims) genitals as he frantically tries to push her back and protect himself all while parked on the side of Interstate 95.
It was not clear from the arrest report whether the attack began before the victim pulled the car off the road and the son began filming.
After deputies watched the video, they handcuffed Richardson for officer safety and arrested her on charges of domestic battery.
They read her her Miranda rights, and she refused to speak to them.
Deputies booked Richardson at the Flagler County jail, and bond was set at $1,500.
FTA.... In a report, he wrote: “Ronnisha Richardson first attacked me in the hotel room in Orlando b/c I decided to return home today. I was able to pin her down until she calmed down.
Based on today's definition of assault and domestic violence; he just admitted he is guilty of it. He pinned her down? Guilty.
Probably.
Well this will make for an interesting case to sit on if you happen to get pulled for jury duty.
Reasonable force for defensive purposes are justified even if the target is a woman. Gut punches to the lower abdomen have a fair chance of striking an ovary and generally leave no visible bruises. Just saying...
You are correct. But did you notice in the article that he pinned her down until she calmed down?
I’m surprised HE is not the one in jail right now. He admitted that he used force against her. Even if he is protecting himself, our laws are so biased that he is lucky to be free right now.
Actually, the numbers I’ve seen show women starting well over half the cases of domestic violence.
Erin Pizzey, who started the first true women’s shelter, was read out of the women’s movement for having the honesty to say so.

I remember a time ..
I totally agree. Pinning her was smart. If he left marks he would be in jail. American culture seems to allow violence against men with the excuse, “ he can take it”. Remember, men don’t have feelings either so psychological damage doesn’t count either.
there is one bonus to the feminization of men. We are forming support and advocacy groups. We are talking more and the truth of the violent nature of modern American women is getting out there and cannot be ignored and dismissed forever.
My brother was the victim of an attack by his ex mother in law. He shoved her and she fell and hit her head. Her slaps and hits did not leave marks so he ended up in jail. Video is your friend and would have kept him out of jail. All victims of family violence should record and post the attacks. It might save you from jail and the life long badge of family abuser.
Who hit her with an ugly stick?
Is that a Slavic first name? French? German?
I know: Dutch.
LOL
"Well, to tell a family secret--my grandmother was Dutch."
WTH..the first time should have been a clue.
Guilty.
Obama's son's and daughter's names sound like obscure body parts.
"Well, it appears you have an infection of your Ronnisha. It will require surgery to remove.."
You don’t try to damage a guy’s junk when he’s driving. I mean, you never should, but you really shouldn’t when he’s trying to drive the car you’re in.
Another crazy Amish story.
As Chris Rock says: “Never drive with a crazy person!”
You said “pull that”...
