Seeing With One’s Own Eyes : Evidence the Hawaii Medical Examiner turned a blind eye to the death of Loretta Fuddy by Linda Jordan
The principal aim of an autopsy is to determine the cause of death when the cause of death is equivocal or unknown. It is a “strictly the facts ma’am” kind of procedure.
A Medical Examiner or Coroner simply reports what is “seen with their own eyes” concerning the condition of the body and organs after an autopsy. A review of the deceased’s medical history is also included in their assessment. When all is said and done they offer a professional opinion as to the manner of death based on the physical findings and medical history.
If you have ever read a Coroner’s report you know they are very dry. No ad-libbing or wild guessing, no emotion, just straight reporting and fact based conclusions about the state of the body. Lots of words and phrases like, “anterior thorax”, “usual lobular architecture”, “unremarkable”, “perirenal soft tissue”, “sclerae and conjunctivae”, “intact”, “coronary arteries arise normally”, “well-preserved follicular and trabecular markings”.
That’s why I was concerned by newspaper accounts of the Hawaii Medical Examiner’s reported cause of death for Loretta Fuddy, the former Director of the Hawaii Department of Health. What the medical examiner has released so far is heavy on the perceived emotion of Loretta at the time of her death and speculation about the condition of her heart.
Emotion and speculation are not things the medical examiner could have seen with her own eyes.
Some Background.
You will remember that Loretta Fuddy was the person who released photo copies of Barack Obama’s original, long form Certificate of Live Birth. She did this at Obama’s request and said that she hoped it would put an end to the “numerous inquiries” the Hawaii DOH has received to produce the document. Judith Corley, Obama’s lawyer, says she flew to Hawaii to collect this document.
Obama then posted the purported birth certificate to the White House website on April 27, 2011. It has since been proven to be an abject forgery. It was not a scan of a photo copy of an original document. It was a forged PDF file that never existed in paper form until someone pushed print.
Loretta Fuddy died after a plane crash on December 11, 2013. Just a month and a half prior she had been named in two affidavits filed in U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. The originator of the affidavits had asked that a Grand Jury be convened to investigate Obama’s forged birth certificate and Fuddy’s role, if any, in its production.
Fuddy and her Deputy Director Keith Yamamoto had traveled to the island of Molokai that day on a work related trip. On their return flight the small plane they were riding in was forced to make an emergency ocean landing, fairly close to shore, after suffering a complete engine failure.
It was a very smooth landing according to the video one passenger captured. All nine passengers, including Loretta, secured their life jackets and calmly disembarked from the plane. In fact there was almost no sound as they exited into the approximately 70 degree water.
Within minutes after the forced landing a small plane flew overhead and survivors knew that help was on the way. Then, inexplicably, Loretta Fuddy suffered an equivocal death. A death of unknown origin.
Problems With The Autopsy: The First Cause Of Death Release.
Loretta was the only fatality, and a high profile one. Autopsies are to be performed as soon after death as possible. Preferably within 24 hours. It was reported that Loretta Fuddy’s autopsy took place two days after her death. Why wait two days? And if the autopsy was completed on December 13th, 2013 why were the results kept private for a month? Details from the autopsy report were not revealed until January 13, 2014. And scant details they were. The Maui Police Department, not the Medical Examiner’s Office, reported that Loretta Fuddy, “suffered a cardiac arrhythmia while floating in the water” and that Fuddy's “irregular heartbeat” was the result of stress brought on by the December 11 crash.
It is not possible to diagnose death by “cardiac arrhythmia”. It is something that can only be measured in a live person and there is no evidence of it after death. If someone had a medical history of cardiac arrhythmia it could be a good guess but a guess none the less.
And therein lies the rub. The Medical Examiners designation of death, cardiac arrhythmia due to stress, is in direct conflict with the known facts.
Loretta’s brother, Lewis P. Fuddy Jr., says that his sister was healthy, that she had no heart problems and that she was not a stressed or fearful person. He said that she was a very calm person and had to be given her job. His personal knowledge of his own sister directly controverts the medical examiner’s conclusion.
Passenger accounts of what transpired during the crash and after directly controverts the medical examiners conclusion.
“Clyde Kawasaki, the pilot, has said Fuddy seemed to be in fine condition while bobbing in the water after everyone left the airplane and waited for rescue crews to show up at the scene.”
'Everyone was real quiet. We hit (the water) and it was all about getting the belts off,' he said, describing how everyone started putting on life jackets and remained on the plane until it seemed to start sinking.'There wasn't panic or anything. It was very orderly,' he said. Phillip Hollstein
“Bobbing in the water, Hollstein noticed the pilot and seven other passengers seemed fine. 'I didn't want to sit out there bobbing, so I figured I'd take a shot at going to the shoreline.' He guesses the swim to the rugged shoreline took an hour and a half. He was surprised to hear later that one of the passengers, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy, had later died. 'She was doing fine out of the airplane,' Hollstein said”.
The video footage of the actual plane crash directly controverts the medical examiner’s conclusion. Loretta Fuddy was not screaming or crying. No one was. “The 2002 Cessna Grand Caravan's cabin starts to flood after impact - but everyone remains calm and eerily quiet as they leave the sinking craft.” “In the video, the passengers can be seen making their way out calmly.”
There is only one hearsay account that Fuddy needed to “relax” after the crash. KeithYamamoto purportedly told Rev. Patrick Killilea that he had held Loretta’s hand and tried to help her to “relax” but at some point she let go of his hand and was unresponsive.
The Second Cause Of Death Release.
Two months after the Maui Police Department revealed Fuddy’s cause of death the Associated Press (AP) sent out a short article with details straight from their own copy of the autopsy report which they obtained on March 10, 2014. Now, four months after her death, we learn this from newspaper accounts of the AP story.
*‘Autopsy report says Loretta Fuddy was “markedly afraid” after plane crash’.
*‘Details in the autopsy report of Hawaii's former health director who died after a plane's ocean landing revealed how traumatic the ordeal was for her.’
*‘The autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press on Monday said Loretta Fuddy was "markedly afraid" while waiting for help to arrive after the small plane crashed off Molokai on Dec. 11.’
*‘The report says 65-year-old Fuddy was a "rudimentary swimmer" who never swam in the ocean.’
*The autopsy said [Fuddy’s] acute cardiac arrhythmia was due to hyperventilation.
*Official autopsy results for late state health director Loretta Fuddy reveal she was a poor swimmer and never swam in ocean waters.
*According to the report, witnesses saw Fuddy exit the aircraft with her flotation device and [she] was “markedly afraid” while waiting for rescue personnel to arrive. She was pronounced dead after being brought to shore. (This is in direct conflict with first hand witness accounts reported at the time. Remember the pilot and passenger Hollstein both said Fuddy was calm and was doing fine and no witness in any newspaper account of the crash ever said Fuddy was “markedly afraid”. So where did this come from?)
*The [autopsy] report says reported ocean conditions included relatively calm five-foot waves that occasionally splashed over the face of the crash victims as they awaited rescue.
Listen to the words coming out of the medical examiner’s report: Loretta Fuddy was markedly afraid, it was a traumatic ordeal, she was a poor swimmer, she never swam in the ocean, water occasionally splashed over her face while awaiting rescue, ocean conditions included relatively calm five-foot waves. This is an autopsy report? Does this sound like a systematic external and internal examination of a dead body to determine if any abnormalities are present and are the cause of death? Where are the words that actually tell us the condition of her body and health? Why are the emotional, speculative words pushed to the forefront but the technical, factual descriptions are kept hidden? And why is this autopsy report filled with emotion and speculation in the first place?
The AP did not share a copy of the report which was said to be heavily redacted. It is important to note that attorney Orly Taitz made a public records request for the autopsy report on December 18, 2013 and has never received a copy.
Why did the AP get a copy but not Taitz? It is a public record subject to Hawaii’s Unified Information Practices Act Statue 92F. I requested one myself but seriously doubt it will be forthcoming . Is it only released to people who will beat the drum that Loretta’s death was caused by fear & hyperventilation?
A final point. One headline announcing the Maui Police Department’s release of autopsy details (January 13, 2014) said that Loretta’s death had been ruled “accidental”.
As of March 29, 2014 no one knows why the plane’s engine failed. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has yet to determine the cause of the crash so how can the Medical Examiner or the Maui Police Department rule Fuddy’s death “accidental”?
Closing.
The Medical Examiner’s autopsy report guesses at the cause of death for Loretta Fuddy. And sometimes, absent any clues from the body, that’s all you can do. However, I would wager in this case that most Medical Examiners would have gone with, “manner of death undetermined”. But what makes Dr. Harle’s guess most disturbing is the fact that it is in direct conflict with eyewitness accounts of Loretta at the time of the crash and in direct conflict with her own brother’s knowledge of her.
She’s clearly trying to make a square peg fit in to a round hole in spite of the facts.
Review all the documentation I’ve supplied. See it with your own eyes and then ask yourself three questions.
1. Does this autopsy report, what little we’ve seen of it, sound like an autopsy report?
2. Does the “markedly afraid” portrayal of Loretta Fuddy jive with the original eye witness accounts and the video?
3. Is the designation of death, by cardiac arrhythmia due to a fearful, un-calm, hyperventilating demeanor, supported by the description that Lewis Fuddy gives of his sister Loretta?
Read it again and let it sink in.

You could start with “One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich” (sp?). It’s quite short, a “fictionalized” day in the gulag. I read it in one night, couldn’t put it down. Read most of “Gulag” at my parents’ house while visiting, I really need to buy it and read it all. I didn’t know there were two volumes.
If so many were not blinded by the thought of a 'brotha' gettin over, they'd realize they live in comparative squalor and the pResident would lose a significant portion of whatever base he claims to have. (Of course, with the media cooking the books, he may already have, and I really think we have no clue to the scope of voter fraud out there.)
For instance, what appears on the video to be a wave with sunlight shimmering off it turns around at one point and you can see what appears to be the face of a black man in a gray hoodie-type outfit, with a yellow light at the top of the “hood”. I showed that image and asked “What do you see?”
Nobody addressed that, but it is there and it is bizarre. Why was that there?
I have great respect for your research re Obama’s beginnings in Hawaii and the discrepancies. You know I do.
I was on that “what do you see” thread and it’s not true that people didn’t say what they saw. I did, Fred did, and lots of others. I spent literally hours picking apart whose body, whose shoes, etc, until I could make out as best as I could what was what, and there were no secret frogmen. There were not.
You kept asking, “what do you see?” And ONLY acknowledged the few who saw a frogman with an oxygen tank. It took me a long time to see the parts of things that made it look a little like a shiny guy in a rain hat but it was like the cloud I saw yesterday that looked a lot like an alligator.
Sometimes one has to rethink. Go for the simplest explanation. I agree Fuddy’s death was suspicious and I think to attempt to use what evidence there is to find a clue is admirable but one answer might be that there isn’t a clue available, whether the death was natural or not.
To a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Be cautious of going too far because it could hurt your credibility on something you find that is provable.
Most people can’t measure seas correctly. Three footers are commonly reported as five. From the video I saw it did look more like short chops than long swells which as you say are not nearly as dangerous as short choppy seas.
IMHO, a high profile death such as Fuddys should have been done by a team of physicians, anywhere but in Hawaii, who specialize in such deaths. This entire investigation looks like a typical low rent obama type coverup,IMHO.
I saw your original video and pictures, and they were difficult to make out at best. You refused to acknowledge who I thought it was in the water, because really, that one picture you posted (that you said showed a mask and tanks) could have been any number of things, or could have been two or three different people. These were blurry video stills, not pictures per se. And in photography, images on film can look like lots of things, if the frame is stopped just right.
Sorry, but I have a hard time believing someone on Free Republic is in cahoots with ABC News and the Obama administration and when they found out you were “on to them”, “pixelated” the evidence. That is close to “cat lady crazy” talk in my view.
You seem like a nice of enough person and there is nothing wrong with asking questions, but this “conspiracy” of yours has way too many moving parts to just “off” a lady who may have the goods on a birth certificate. If she was about to reveal something and some in the administration wanted her gone, she would have just vanished. Intricate plots involving planes and frogmen is Hollywood stuff, and not how clandestine operatives work, trust me on this one. The simplest explanation is always best.
I have no evidence of what I am about to write, but I sincerely hope that Fuddy is alive and living somewhere under her new identity given to her by the USMS following her grand jury testimony, at the direction of the FBI in cooperation with the CCP.
Did you see the face inside the hoodie with a light on the top? I believe I mentioned that the yellow everybody was calling the sole of a shoe actually turned around and showed its face.
The interchange of ideas is such that when one person says what they think, others engage on the plausibility of that opinion. How well does it fit with other evidence? I have looked at the unpixelated video frames many, many times. If somebody suggests something that doesn’t fit with other frames/evidence I can mention those things and that can be the basis for engagement.
Nobody would engage with the additional information I brought forth. On my blog I posted additional images to address the “it’s Fuddy’s leg and shoe” theory. Almost nobody responded. Genuine inquiry requires engagement with ALL the available information, to cross-examine any opinion/theory by all the other facts. It’s what I constantly subject myself to because I want to get to the truth, and the truth has to account for all the facts. Nobody else seemed very interested in that part though.
Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing whether you have great respect for anything I have done. I have no way of knowing anything about you. The person who warned ABC to pixelate the videos was somebody on my ping list - a mole who wanted to sabotage my research but who posed as a friend.
Why do my enemies act as moles? Because that’s part of the subversion process. We can read all about Glenn Greenwald’s revelations and it seems far-fetched but it’s happening right here. People have been posing as my friends (while laughing about their “sock puppet accounts” over on fogbow, and how they have to sprinkle in stuff to keep people thinking they’re conservatives) so that when the time is critical, they can turn on me and everybody can say, “See? Even her (sock-puppet) supporters don’t buy her garbage, she’s so crazy...” The very same people who will stage their “concern” posts about how they’re very “concerned” about my credibility, or “concerned” about my sanity are the people who have been posing as somebody they’re not just to create that precise opportunity when it arises and is needed.
It’s a way to re-shape the narrative. And it works because nobody in an anonymous community has any idea who anybody else is. Real people might think the video showed a shoe, or moles pretending to be my friend might be pretending to think the video showed a shoe, and neither I nor anybody else could tell the two people apart. By posing as somebody they’re not, the Alinsky operatives are able to re-shape the perception of what is real, and what real people (non-operatives) see and think.
But a person who wanted the truth would be willing to engage with all the facts presented. And thus far, I’ve found nobody on Free Republic who claimed that it was a shoe who has exhibited that kind of integrity. Everybody - including yourself - backed off and called me crazy when I presented new information and asked how it fits with their pet theory. What does that tell me? It tells me that they are either weak-minded and not really interested in digging out the truth, or they are moles. Or they’re chased off by the underhanded techniques of the leadership on this forum.

Everybody on my ping list is a suspect right now on sabotaging my research - sabotaging ANY EXAMINATION of the Puentes video.
Moles and trolls are psy-ops. One of the intended results is that those who are true researchers are isolated from each other because they have no way of knowing who to trust. And all that is made even worse when people are anonymous.
My real name is out there because I was involved in real-life activity to try to change the crap in our government. I testified for a legislative hearing for the Nebraska eligibility bill. They don’t let anonymous people testify. Anonymous people inhabit forums like Free Republic, and trolls and moles constantly work to change the PERCEPTION of what the real public is thinking. In real life, where people have to give their name and put their credibility on the line, people have been threatened and so they will not speak anything except the same garbage the sock puppets speak.
Glenn Beck is a perfect example of how the Alinsky stuff works for real-life people. The media was threatened in October of 2008, with the media companies telling their on-air personalities that their careers would be over and they and/or their families could be killed if they reported anything about Obama’s eligibility problem or his Muslim leanings. Beck was silent until some people tried to force him to address the issue, at which time he lashed out at “birthers”. Then he was stuck in that stance. Later, when his staff was being threatened over other reporting - like the communist and Muslim connections in Obama’s regime - he realized he needed to start his own media company. But by then he was already compromised on the eligibility issue and lost a lot of credibility with people like me.
I am saying all this stuff so people can see the methods being employed against us. The regime does this because it works. These methods are why America is in the shape that it’s in. And until places like Free Republic take these methods seriously, it will keep working, and it will happen because places like this are compromised, becoming tools of the Alinsky-ites because they lend their good reputation to the garbage that is going on here. This is why Saddam Hussein made a deal with CNN, to allow them exclusive access as long as CNN spouted the regime’s propaganda. It was a win-win for both CNN and Saddam. The loser was truth, and the lives of the people Saddam wiped out because he had CNN lending their credible reputation to the propaganda of Saddam.
So it’s all too blurry for anybody to be able to tell anything. Thank you for sharing.
Conspiracy or not, IIRC was Fuddy not being a target for the Arpaio’s investigation, AND maybe there was a subpoena involved, AND maybe she had to be carted off the stage like grandma TOOT couple days before the election. Every skeleton in that family has been pulverized and sent over a cliff alas Paul Ryan so no DNA available to be found or investigated!!!

Butter - I agree with your post. I do not think you are crazy or any of these other names. The idea that the yellow thing is a shoe is the most ridiculous theory yet. Has anyone ever tried floating in a lifejacket while fully clothed? I’m not a 60-year-old woman, but I sincerely doubt she has/had the strength in her quadriceps and hip flexors to get her shoe up out of the water. If she were kicking violently enough to thrash above the surface, why would she suddenly “let go.” Why didn’t Yamamoto or one of the other passengers attempt rescue breathing? Was no one on the flight aware of basic CPR techniques?
The first of the 2 Cessna 208B crashes in a less than 25-mile radius and 50-day time period happened 3 days after Fuddy was named as a defendant in a complaint by Doug Vogt, requesting that she and others be investigated for misprision of fraud and forgery (IIRC). The pilot was loudly praised but never named. The company was Mokulele Express, which was in an agreement with Makani Kai so that Makani Kai flew some of those flights. The NTSB was reported as saying that Mokulele was responsible to move the plane in case there was an investigation - leaving the evidence in the custody of the airline. The plane was entirely intact, there were no factors other than the engine, and there’s still no result of the NTSB investigation; it still is not known who was the pilot.
Between that time and the Dec 11th crash, Mike Zullo had appeared on Carl Gallups’ show and had said that Arpaio’s investigation, using paid law enforcement personnel investigating other crimes that became apparent out of the CCP forgery/fraud investigation, had evidence that would be “universe shattering” - that would require a response from everybody. Presumably including a potential Congressional investigation, bypassing Eric Holder, who has been the fox guarding the henhouse, making sure no federal investigations would be done into Obama and his puppetmasters’ crimes.
If Congress would indeed appoint a special investigator/prosecutor, Hawaii would no longer be able to evade subpoenas on the basis of them being STATE subpoenas rather than federal. IOW, if what Arpaio has can get a Congressional investigation, all the records from Hawaii can be subpoenaed and depositions compelled. There would be no more hiding.
They needed Fuddy to go away. Badly. Right then, in a way that seemed impossible to be an assassination, BEFORE Arpaio’s revelations came out.
A couple weeks later, this crash happened, with extra people in the water immediately after, lots and lots of contradictions in all the reports (both media reports and official reports), and Fuddy being the only person claimed dead and her autopsy not available for people to see (but sounding like a psychological evaluation rather than a scientific assessment of physical evidence, as is the point of the article this thread is about).
That’s the setting and timing.
