Geneticists have found the culprit causing a common form of muscular dystrophyzombie DNA. Sort of. They've discovered that long-inactive genesso-called junk DNA lying dormant in the human genome for thousands of years"can rise from the dead like zombies" and cause trouble, explains Gina Kolata in the New York Times. This is the first time they've witnessed the feat, which they spell out in the journal Science.

Freakin’ zombies.
It can also cause the end of the world when the zombie population grows larger than the living population. Of course, this is old news to anyone who saw even one zombie movie.
...and become vice president.
They will be like dogs who are fast enough to 'catch' a car, but don't know what to do with it.
That has to be the most original post-Zombie Apocalypse survival strategy I've come across.

The Scars of Evolution:"The most remarkable aspect of Todaro's discovery emerged when he examined Homo Sapiens for the 'baboon marker'. It was not there... Todaro drew one firm conclusion. 'The ancestors of man did not develop in a geographical area where they would have been in contact with the baboon. I would argue that the data we are presenting imply a non-African origin of man millions of years ago.'"

Isn’t this the second story about diseases caused by the zombie DNA within a week? They must be working furiously to identify all the latent diseases if they’re publishing another one so soon.
The first batch of stories died — and then were reanimated as zombies. Same deal. ;’)
So how long before there is a “zombie zot” pill?
:’) It’s already made, and marketed under the name “Admin Mod”. ;’)
But, are these fast zombies or slow zombies? The strategies and tactics differ in dealing with either / or, you know.
Great idea for a halloween costume.
Thanks, as always, for the ping. Interesting articles.
