Is it hot there Meek? How is the summer so far? Is it bad yet? I've been doing fairly well on my homesickness and am actually happy here until today. I started thinking about home and decided I want to move back again. LOL
We got a heavy storm early too with lots of lightening.

Thank you for that cute puppy haiku, Victoria.
I think we are going to name him Max but my Bro wants me to name him Louie so his name may be Louie/Max.
He insists on coming in. He slept outside last night and was fine. After chasing Millie all over the yard and the orchard, he wanted to come in and take a nap.
Now he has found Marissa's Elmo chair and claimed it for himself. He curled up in it and went to sleep.
I'll see if I can get a picture.

No. It's been very mild here. We have not been above the low 90's yet. Amazing. Global warming is cancelled, I guess, LOL ! :^)
Seriously, it's been a nice mild season so far. Plenty of rain, moderate temps. I love it, ya know? :^D

I can hardly believe that. I don't think we've hit the 100's here yet, but the heat is oppressive and suffocating. I'm really amazed it hasn't been hotter there. Knock on wood, it will kick in next week, I bet. Or August will be a killer. Stay cool.

Victoria, I have liked that name since I was in the 4th grade. LOL We were talking about your name on the way home from church the other night. If we have a girl, it will probably be Ellen, but Victoria is in the running for a middle name.
We'll see what God brings us.
Our 10th anniversary is this Thursday. Isn't that exciting?

Good to see you too. I don't always get to post because I read the news and get back to work around here, but I do try to read your devotionals. Thanks for putting those into my life. It's church night so I guess I better work my way to bed. God bless!

LOL !! I love the little gifs yall are finding. :^D Well, it has been humid but not oppressively hot here lately. It seems when it gets a little warm we get a cool front.
Over the last few days, I could look out from the back of my house at the flags at the daycare center. I would see them indicate the wind blowing from the North, then the South, then the North, then .....
