I'm not very good with needle and thread but I know the love and patience that goes into teaching a young one to sew, crochet or knit.
It is an experience that many of the young girls will never know.

I admire people who are good with numbers. I still use my fingers when I add, LOL, but don't tell anyone.

My goal is to teach accounting full-time someday.That's a great goal. Best of luck to you!
My goal is to balance my checkbook. Someday... hahahaha
True story... I bounced a check last week because of a $13 error which ended up costing me nearly $100 in late fees and bank charges! GRRRR! Shhhhh! Don't tell hubby. He 'is' a numbers person and can't understand why I am not!

What does a two-month trip like that end up costing a traveler?

Thanks, Jen! Since I'm a numbers person, I keep close watch on my checkbook and make sure it's balanced with each statement. Course I wouldn't have to keep as close of a watch on it if I had a lot of spare change in the checking account, but I'm sure I'd be watching it closely anyway! LOL! And don't worry - I won't tell your hubby about the bounced check...Your secret's safe with me too! ;)

Good evening, Jen.
I haven't visited your website yet. I've been having so many problems with my satellite strength. Tonight it is back up to 86 so things are going smooth.
Hope you had a great FRiday.

Hey Amy!!! So good to see you tonight. I worked all day from about 7:30 AM (!!) to midnight - but took lots of breaks, naps, etc. So, now I'm ready to have some fun.
Is Satellite connection better than DSL?

Well, I saved some last year, and I'll save some more this year. So I think I'll be OK next year.

Good evening, Victoria.
Great to see you tonight. I didn't walk as far tonight; it was too late when we started.
I've been having so many connection problems!! :( Sometimes it took me 10 minutes or longer to get something posted.
I'm going to see if it has improved any tomorrow. It wasn't as bad today as it has been even tho the signal was very low. I may need to call technical support. It has been very frustrating!!
Thanks for the music. You know that I simply love that song by Engelbert.

Meeting at Night
by Robert Browning (1812-1889)
The grey sea and the long black land;
And the yellow half-moon large and low;
And the startled little waves that leap
In fiery ringlets from their sleep,
As I gain the cove with pushing prow,
And quench its speed i' the slushy sand.
Then a mile of warm sea-scented beach;
Three fields to cross till a farm appears;
A tap at the pane, the quick sharp scratch
And blue spurt of a lighted match,
And a voice less loud, thro' its joys and fears,
Than the two hearts beating each to each!
