Attorney Mary Jo White is prepared to move forward in her investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against Albany Bishop Howard Hubbard without any potential evidence from clients of attorney John Aretakis. White this week issued Aretakis an ultimatum that if she did not hear from him by Thursday, she would take it to mean he is declining to cooperate with her investigation.
