Former Pittsburgh Steelers radio broadcaster Myron Cope was involved in a multicar fender-bender on the Parkway West, state police said. The crash happened a little after 11:30 a.m. Friday in the inbound lanes near Banksville Road as traffic was approaching the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Cope's rented Ford Explorer was one of five vehicles involved in the wreck. Police said all drivers had their seat belts on and nobody was injured.
