As Sean Hannity is proving to Jerry Springer, a career boost can sometimes come from the most unlikely of circumstances. After all, why should the nation's number two-ranked talk host (by audience size, with Rush Limbaugh in first place) give one of Air America Radio's weakest performers the time of day? Because of Jerry's television fame? Even the liberal network's most diehard apologists seem lukewarm when it comes to supporting the syndicated television trashmeister.
