Mark Belling, afternoon talk show host on AM1130 is not on the air today. Several times, the station has announced that because of a single "racially insensetive" comment that he made, he's not on the radio today. What Mark said, about a week ago was the word "wet-back" when he was discussing some sort of immigration issue. I did not hear the original comment, but rather, heard his "interview" with a Newspaper journalist. He apologized directly about making the comment, ernestly and honestly he said he was sorry.
