An Illinois circuit court judge was gunned down outside his home earlier this week as his wife was arrested and charged with his murder. The body of Illinois Second Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael J. Valentine was discovered fatally shot outside of his Albion, Illinois during a wellness check on Nov. 5. Below is a letter I wrote to the Editor of the White County News Telegraph in White County, Georgia. I doubt seriously it will ever get published because of my stance. It's a good read. December 5, 2005 Dear Editor: I watched this vote closely, and I have read the reaction from your readers, more specifically your poll results. I do not have a vested interest in this vote, and I am in no way an environmentalist. I am a pro-freedom, pro-liberty, pro-private citizen American who happens to believe that government should stay out of private property issues.
