Now that Gov Scott Walker and the GOP led state legislature has managed - in the face of overwhelming headaches and death threats - to pass legislation to save public sector jobs, how soon will the Wisconsin Dept of Justice identify who is behind the death threats that were sent to legislators before the vote?

While those on the Left are often the ones who preach tolerance and open-mindedness, they seem to be the very same individuals who work to silence opposition. For example, unhappy with the increased presence of conservatives on talk radio, liberals have called for the so-called Fairness Doctrine, which would force a balance of liberalism and conservatism on talk radio. (Of course, it is those very same people who refuse to admit that stations such as MSNBC are puppets for the Left, but I digress.) Perhaps the most obvious example of Leftist hypocrisy and intolerance involves unsuccessful congressional candidate Art...

It’s not quite leftist academic Frances Fox Piven calling for violent Greece-style riots in America. But in an interview with the University of Oklahoma’s student newspaper (he was in town February 22 for a talk), Paul Krugman, respected economist turned partisan liberal New York Times columnist, suggested American college students should pick up some tips from students in London and Paris about fighting public spending cuts. The Daily: You mentioned how children and students suffer from cuts to public agencies. What advice would you give students to impact the political scene? Krugman: “Well, you know, maybe we could learn a...

Palm Springs, California -At the front gates of the Rancho Las Palmas resort, a few hundred liberals rallied Sunday against "corporate greed" and polluters. They chanted for the arrest of billionaires Charles and David Koch, and their ire was also directed at the other free market-oriented businessmen invited here by the Koch brothers to discuss free markets and electoral strategies. Billionaires poisoning our politics was the central theme of the protests. But nothing is quite as it seems in modern politics: The protest's organizer, the nonprofit Common Cause, is funded by billionaire George Soros. Common Cause has received $2 million...

It looks like the "civility" piously demanded by elitist moonbats in the wake of the Tucson Massacre has made it to Montana, where a citizen reacts to what he saw onstage at the Missoula Children's Theater: Now, I realize you play to a mostly liberal audience in Missoula and so, I am sure, felt comfortable in your calling for the beheading of Sarah Palin. I am painfully aware that most in the audience tittered with laughter and clapped because "no one would miss her" but there were some in your audience who took great offense to this "uncivil tone" about...

Below is a "Letter to the Editor" of the Missoulian of Missoula, MT regarding a performance presented on Jan. 23, 2011: Open letter to MCT director Curt Olds: First I would like to compliment you and the entire staff of "The Mikado" on the beautiful sets, costuming and professional performance we experienced on Sunday, Jan. 23. However, I must call you on something that was inserted into the play which I am almost positive was not in the original book. The comments made in such a cavalier and oh-so-humorous way were uncalled for. Now, I realize you play to a...

At yesterday's launch of the campaign by state legislators to ban "birthright citizenship", activists from La Raza, LULAC and ACLU showed the tantrums and penchant for stifling dissent we have come to expect. One even shoved to the floor a senior citizen who calmly asked him to leave. Take a good look: this is who is fighting to maintain the scandal of "anchor babies" in America. They must and will be defeated. Video link: HEREJoin Stand With Arizona on Facebook (FReeper-run)

Should a 16-year-old -- ANY 16-year-old -- be held up to public ridicule? Maybe -- Willow's already in the public eye, appearing in reality shows and making comments on Facebook. No -- She's still a kid, and Griffin's crossing a line . Sure -- Willow's old enough to fight back. Other (post a comment).

Kathy Griffin announced her New Year’s resolution to continue a verbal assault on the Palin family. Only in 2011, the comedian said she intends to target Sarah Palin’s 16-year-old daughter, Willow. "I've already gone for Sarah, Todd and Bristol obviously," Griffin told The Hollywood Reporter. "But I think it's Willow's year to go down. In 2011, I want to offend a new Palin.” Could Griffin be switching to a younger, easier Palin target following her Bristol backfire in December? On a special that aired Dec. 5, Kathy Griffin was jeered by the audience after attacking Bristol Palin for being “fat”...

Liberal online political magazine Salon.com published a letter to the editor Friday that called for the murder of 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. The letter was written in response to a mocking article at Salon titled, Good Morning America’s painfully friendly interview with Sarah Palin by Alex Pareene. Pareene snarkily sums up the GMA interview: “The interview was basically split into a couple of distinct sections: How awesome is your family, how bad is Barack Obama, how awful are people who criticize you, and how awesome is America?” The first letter published in response to...

By now you may have heard that the man behind such heartwarming chick flicks as "Bridget Jones's Diary" and "Four Weddings and a Funeral" has come out with an environmental snuff film. Leading environmental organizations in Britain, with the backing of numerous major corporations, recruited British screenwriter Richard Curtis to produce a video for the "10:10" campaign, which seeks to cut carbon emissions by 10 percent every year for 10 years. The video begins in a classroom, where a mild-mannered teacher tells her middle-school students about the 10:10 effort. She then asks the class if they'd like to sign up....

A couple in Bothell have been targeted in a campaign that involves destroying signs supporting Republican candidates, and replacing them with signs for RepublicansAreADisease.com. The website, which is an anonymous wordpress blog, encourages it's readers to print out signs reading, "Republicans Are A Disease" and "Republicans America's Worst Enemy" and place them on their own and public property, and to "tell their neighbors how they feel about the criminals in the GOP." The website does not say to destroy other people's property or to replace republican signs with the anti-GOP signs. This did not stop the destruction of the signs...
