Democrats rigged the 2020 Census. There are 20-30 Democrat seats in the House that would NOT exist if illegals weren't counted.

Why do people who are vacationers from France, England, Spain, Mexico, Central America get counted in our census? They are just visitors.

The rationale was that a slave could not vote, so the Republicans did not want to allow the southern states to gain representation in the House of Representatives through the counting of people who had no voting rights.

The 3/5 of a person thing is in the Constitution, which was ratified in 1787. There were no Dems or Republicans then - it was a North-South argument. It was 2/3 of a century later that the Republican Party was even founded, and at that point the North became largely aligned with Republican goals, and the South with Dem goals - but NOT when the 3/5 of a person standard was adopted as a compromise.
Oh come now, there was a thread up there a ways where Hochul said democrats follow the rules. So this has to be fake news.
We all know elections are fair and square.
As much as we don’t agree with it, the case law is pretty definitive. It states that we count “all people” not “all citizens.”
Changing that seems to require an amendment to the Constitution.
It would appear the best tactic would be to get rid of as many illegals as possible before the next census.
Gerrymandering doesn’t help, either.
