The editors here at Blogger News want to congratulate our political writer ‘The Stiletto‘ on her honorable mention at the 12th annual Webby Awards. The Webby’s are to the Internet what the Oscar’s are to the movie business. As the Webby folks said “This honor signifies an outstanding caliber of work. Congratulations to all of our Official Honoree selections!” Our intrepid writer was up against some stiff competition in the Political Blog category, when you can hold your own against the like of the CNN Political Ticker; NewYorker.com; Swampland (TIME); The Caucus (New York Times) and Thought Leader (Mail &...

I was just over at the Webby Awards site, making my voting choices. I got to the Activism category... and just about puked. PETA is far in the lead, and oh, are their supporters crowing about it! I strongly suggest that everyone go to the Webby Awards voting page, and register to vote (name and email address required: they send a password to that email address, and you log in with it.) Log in, go to the Activism category. Then in the write-in box, vote. Vote for FR, vote for Second Amendment Sisters. Vote for something, but by all that...
