ANCHORAGE, Alaska—The honorary cat mayor of Talkeetna continues to claw his way to recovery Tuesday after being attacked by a dog."Mayor" Stubbs, a cat, was jokingly given the title shortly after his birth in 1997. The title eventually led to stardom after Channel 2 shared the story in 2012.
