FBI and local police are investigating how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently re-registered to vote. One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday. "His family members were very distraught," said Garst. A clerk recognized the name of Richard Allen Claybrook Sr., who died in 2014 at age 87, because his son is a well-known local judge. She happened to recall that the judge's father had died. "He was a retired Fairfax County elementary school principal and had fought in World War II," said...

A heads up for patriots. I received a notification from the offices of NC pols Richard Burr, Thom Tillis, and Virginia Foxx that they had received and would soon reply to correspondence from me. I had NOT (this time) created the correspondence. Turns out a group called “Seniors Speak Out” (SSO) and “Voter Voice” (VV) had forged my name and email address to the correspondence delivered to Burr, Tillis, and Foxx. I found the administrator of SSO “Nona Bear” and SSO’s blog, twitter, and Linkedin accounts. None of the direct message functions allowed contact. Turned out that VV had a...

And here’s what’s going to happen in Los Angeles. Instead of local polling places that are open only on Election Day, there will be 1,000 Vote Centers that will be open for 11 days. Registered voters will be able to vote at any Vote Center just by walking in and giving their name and address. They’ll be able to change their address, or their party preference, or their preference for by-mail or in-person voting. They’ll be able to request a new ballot. And they’ll be able to vote the same day that they make any of these changes. No identification...

Gov. Ron DeSantis has agreed to allow Florida to join a national electronic center to exchange voter registration data with other states, an effort long-sought by county supervisors of elections. DeSantis said Wednesday Florida will become the 29th state to participate in the Electronic Voter Registration Information Center, known as "ERIC," a consortium of states known that share voter registration information. DeSantis announced the move during an appearance with county election officials at the Orange County supervisor of elections office in Orlando, saying the effort will ensure the integrity of voter-registration lists. “It’s my judgment it makes the most sense,...

Democrats who keep telling us that vote fraud is rare and insignificant fight like hell to make sure the evidence remains buried — even when there are obvious danger signs such as exists in Montgomery County, Maryland, where there are more registered voters than resident citizens. You might think officials would be anxious to find out why that is and would be eager to clean up their voter rolls. But Maryland officials fought in federal court to prevent Judicial Watch from obtaining voter data lists. And they got skunked. Judicial Watch announced that a federal court has ordered the State...

Orange County, long a Republican stronghold, has officially turned blue. The county that nurtured Ronald Reagan’s conservatism and is the resting place of Richard Nixon is now home to 547,458 registered Democrats, compared with 547,369 Republicans, according to statistics released early Wednesday morning by the county Registrar of Voters. The number of voters not aligned with a political party has also surged in recent years, and stands at 440,711, or 27.4% of the county’s voters. Democratic leaders attributed the shift to changing demographics, aggressive recruitment efforts and President Trump.

We should immediately pass Voter ID @Voteridplease to insure the safety and sanctity of our voting system. Also, Paper Ballots as backup (old fashioned but true!). Thank you!

President Trump holds winning cards on the census citizenship question, both politically and legally. An overwhelming majority, 67% of Americans, see such a question as legitimate, and those who want to obscure the difference between citizens and non-citizens have an argument that will not add to the ranks of those voting Democrat in the 2020 presidential race. Moreover, despite media spin (“American pride has hit an all-time low, a poll findsâ€), emphasizing the increase in the number of Americans who aren’t proud (almost all of the increase among Democrats who only love America when a Democrat is president), fully...

Days after searching the Delaware County office of a Democratic grassroots organization for evidence of voter-registration fraud, state police on Thursday raided a second office - this one in Philadelphia. Agents executed the warrant at FieldWorks LLC's office in North Philadelphia after 5 p.m., seeking, among other things, forms that could be used to "construct fraudulent voter registration forms" and "completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying information of individuals on multiple forms," court documents show. As in the raid in Norwood, the latest warrant said investigators from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office suspected "tampering with public records...

Los Angeles County has too many voters. An estimated 1.6 million, according to the latest calculations – which is roughly the population of Philadelphia. That’s the difference between the number of people on the county’s voter rolls and the actual number of voting age residents. This means that L.A. is in violation of federal law, which seeks to limit fraud by requiring basic voter list maintenance to make sure that people who have died, moved, or are otherwise ineligible to vote aren’t still on the rolls. Los Angeles County has made only minimal efforts to clean up its voter rolls...

A valid form of photo identification is required to be a participant at the National Education Association's Representative Assembly. Wanna bet this same group opposes voter identification laws as a form of "voter suppression."

“I’m worried about 2020, I think it’s 50-50. I think it’s a coin flip,” said Ted Cruz, the Republican U.S. Senator from Texas. The 2020 presidential race happens when the country is “deeply divided.” “It is an incredibly polarized country,” he said. “I think it all comes down to turnout.” “I think the Left is going to show up in massive numbers,” he continued. “And it all comes down to who shows up on the center-right.” Ted Cruz was on the Ben Shapiro Show Sunday when, 45-minutes into the interview, Shapiro asked Cruz for his assessment of the 2020 election...

As a republic, the biggest threat the United States faces is massive voter fraud and manipulation in the 2020 general elections. Contrary to what the neo-Nazi, Socialist Left want us to believe, they are a small minority compared to the millions of voters who believe in the US as a sovereign, constitutional nation. Thus, in a fair election, President Trump and those who share his vision of America would literally blow out the upcoming elections with a landslide win. Unfortunately, however, this did not happen in either the general elections in 2016 or the midterms in 2018. This did not...

The midterm elections may have been a sign of what's ahead for the 2020 presidential election: experts say the voter turnout could be the highest in a century. The big picture: According to Michael McDonald, an elections expert at the University of Florida, turnout for the 2020 presidential election could be as high as 67% — the highest it's been since at least 1916. If that happens, President Trump will have a tougher fight for a second term. •He's driving turnout among those most unhappy with him (younger voters and people of color) even when he's not on the ballot....

In the wake of the report by Special Counsel Robert Mueller confirming Russian interference in our 2016 presidential election, we are enjoying broad bipartisan consensus on the need to improve election security. But instead of capitalizing on this national consensus to guard against future election interference, House Democrats are leveraging that consensus to facilitate a massive power grab. They are cynically using the fear of Russian interference as a pretext to pass legislation designed to help Democrats win elections. The Democratic legislation is H.R. 1 – the For the People Act. It is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s signature bill of...

DES MOINES, Iowa (KCCI) — A former campaign manager for an Iowa congressional candidate faces several charges after he admitted to faking signatures on petition documents last year. Noah Wasserman, 27, was booked into the Polk County Jail on Tuesday afternoon but has since been released, according to online jail records. Wasserman tried to get Theresa Greenfield, a Democratic candidate for Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District race, on the ballot by forging some signatures. Greenfield said she fired Wasserman after the incident, though she didn’t immediately release his name. He has been charged with one count of first-degree election misconduct and...
